If I could rate this salon a zero I would. I've been holding off on this review because I felt bad and didnt want to call this lady out. My hair was sooooo long and I just wanted a trim. I thought I could go anywhere just because my hair was soooo long and if someone messed up I'd have enough length to repair it somewhere else, MY FAULT. her name was Fabi or Fabiola And she was soooo rude I should have walked away. She took 10 minutes on my cut!! I say this heavily... I really don't think she has her license and if she does it should be revoked. I never leave a bad review but this cut ruined my hair big time. Now I know better. You pay for what you get, even if it is a trim. read more

I don't give bad reviews but I Was very disappointed with the haircut for my younger brother when I took him in. He has really curly hair and we asked for a fade on the sides and for the back and for the top to be left with curls. We also show them a picture of what we wanted. They said that yes they can do it . Was not a faded look nor was it the haircut that we asked for. I can't comment for women haircuts or hairstyles but at least be honest on whether or not you are able to do the hairstyle or haircut one asks . It's okay to say no rather than give a bad haircut and paying money for it. read more

This place was completely horrible. I asked for one thing and gave me something different. My highlights are 3 different colors and fabi's sister tried to fix it and still was the same. I then asked for my moment back and fabi's mom humiliated me in front of people saying that I just wanted free service and the entire time I was talking to her right because I didn't like my service. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I had warn others. I went today to get my hair cut with my mom and aunt and instantly regretted. We all left with our hair dripping wet. She didn't even dry it or blow dry it. I will never go back to the hair stylist Fabi. We where also standing when she cut our hair. Over all bad experienc she was rushing so much. I did not like my hair period. Tried dying it 3 times at the salon in hopes of fixing it and at the end I was not content. At this point I just wanted to leave and do it myself. I did not get my money's worth. Would never come here again. read more

My daughter LOVES Pilar's high light coloring because her hair looks natural and the tone is perfect!!! We have been to other salons and always ended up very unhappy because its an art to do highlights. Every time the highlights are done, they are Perfect! I can't thank Pilar enough! A couple of years ago she gave me the cutest pixie cut and as of this year she has recommended great low lights and high lights for my hair which many people of complemented on how well the colors look. read more

I will NEVER be coming back here. I went last month for a haircut and the lady told me one price and ended up tripling it when it came time to pay. First of all she gave me layers when I specifically told her to just trim it, then she blow dried it after she told me not to apply so much heat to my hair. And then, to top it off my sister did not get her hair washed, nor did she have it straightened not styled, had her hair chopped more than was asked for, was super rough with her scalp, pulled her hair, and the the stylist applied ridiculous amount of oil to her hair (keep in mind her hair was left unwashed), and was charged the same as I was. If you want a good haircut I suggest you seek a real profession and avoid these clowns. read more

My hairstylists name was Pilar , she was so attentive in doing my hair and did exactly as i wished for . I wanted a ashy gray and it came out better than expected !!! I was looking for a salon near me to touch up my hair (I color it black) and for a trim . So simple!! I called in and asked if I should make an appointment or if it would be okay to walk in at that time. Whoever was speaking to me asked me to just walk in. Long story short. I arrive,i was not greeted, I waited 35 min and not once did any of the hair dressers come up to me or address a word. I got tired of waiting and left. I can not judge them on their work but their customer service is shit . read more

I love this salon. I take my son here to get his hair cut, as it's hard to find a salon to cut and shape up black hair in OC. I really like that I've seen many nationalities come here, meaning they can cut anybody's hair, unlike other places I've gone. Several of the ladies have cut his hair, but we like Pilar the most. I've always asked in advance the fee so there are no surprises, so I've never had a discrepancy about price like the others have stated. The downside is weekends can get really busy and there could be a long wait. read more

I go to this salon for highlights. I only use Emily. I used to go to her years ago when she worked at Sophia's on 17th and when she left I went with her. She does a great job and it's less expensive than most salons. It's the second cheapest I've found next to Hair Creations on Brookhurst in Anaheim which totally kills your hair. Happy Cuts is cheap and uses less harsh chemicals. Call because they also have a store on Redhill in Tustin and Emily works there certain days of the week. read more

This hair salon is good I go there from time to time it's in a small plaza so the parking is not a huge issue the wait could be long but in the afternoon you can get away with getting a quick haircut, The nail lady is always smiling and always busy so I am assuming she is doing a good job. The place doesn't look super fancy but they are reasonable prices bring a lot of business there. It's family owned which is a plus to me. read more
