If they don't have something they're always helpful by either trying to get the part in or share ways to find the part. Their prices beat most online prices!! I spend hours researching and obsessing over the smallest part, trying to make sure I get the best deal and the best part. I then head over to these guys and get the same deal or be I can support a local shop and still get a great deal. I have lots of friends who ride off road/motocross and I often hear horror stories from their experiences with other shops. I have nothing bad to say about Northwest European Cycles. Jason was super…read morecommunicative about the poor condition of my current setup, unfortunately from the poor workmanship and lack of skill from the last shop I took it to, and sent me pictures of the pieces that were not ok to reuse. As the bill went up to refurbish my suspension, no fault of MX Trends, he took the time to salvage anything he could and get me the best deal on parts possible. The turn around was much faster than expected especially with the amount of work that went into it. My suspension feels so much more progressive and smooth now, like a new bike.
