I love my dog more than imaginable and am very picky about the services I choose for him (Dylan, 4 yr. old Yorkie). I have been using Happy Dog and Cat for close to a year now and do not have one complaint at all. Completely professional staff. Excellent communication. Like I said, I care about my dog to a fault and fully trust Happy Dog and Cat when Dylan is under their care. I have him walked weekly when I am busy at work and have also boarded him overnight with them. The walkers leave notes for me on how his walk went so when I come home I get a report on the day. Unbelievably friendly, helpful, and 100% reliable. Milo, our 100 lb mostly Rottweiler mutt, gets a walk every day while we're at work and a bath every other week. I was home the other day when Krys came, and was delighted to see Milo get so excited to see her--he wagged his tail to the point that he was wagging his entire self! Easy to see the love and attention he gets from her. We first got to know Leesa and Krys when they helped us with our geriatric black lab, Shadow. During his final illness with cancer, they couldn't have been more supportive and wonderful--their care was truly above and beyond the call of duty. The love and care they provide our three dachshunds is simply amazing. Babe, Louie and DiMaggio (we're baseball fans) are walked three times a week. Our walker is always on time and leaves a really nice note telling us how the day went, and if Louie barked at anyone too loudly :P. We took a trip to Ecuador this Christmas and our walker stayed over our house. The rate was very reasonable considering our sitter also brought in mail/packages, watered the plants as well as taking care of our babies... err doggies. Happy Dog is the best pet-sitting business I've ever used...real professional staff, ultra dependable and very reasonably priced. I have three dogs and a cat that they've taken care of on numerous occasions and they always do a great job. I also really love the little notes that the sitter leaves to let you know how the visit went. One of the Happy Dog staff even noticed a skin infection one of my dogs had that I hadn't noticed myself, and I was able to take him to the vet and get the problem taken care of before it got worse.
