Stephanie is very sweet, gentle, and receptive to special requests. Being open and respectful of dogs is very important to me as my pup is an older rescue pugle mix. So far I've seen Poodles, Shitzus, Maltese , Yorkies, Terriers, etc. What I liked in particular is that special attention is given to each individual dog, in a peaceful and relaxed environment. (It's not like a conveyor belt.) We go here for a bath and nail trim.

My dog still had knotted ears, tail, uneven face and missed spots on her legs and paws. I did email the email listed on their business card hoping to come to some kind of agreement privately but they haven't emailed me back so I feel inclined to leave a review. I'm new to the area so I was a little shocked about 95$ for a 12lb dog, I'm used to paying 50$. For 95$ I expect pristine work, this just isn't up to par.

I hadn't been here in a while. I think the last time they saw my dog was around Covid time. However, I think their service is very reasonably priced. I will also say I think they did a fun great job with my pup. Most places wanna charge you over $100 luckily this place was under 100 and it included the wash as well as a nail trim and she didn't look horrible after . I am glad they were able to take me in the lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely be going back here for Haircut for my pup.

The one and only other time we had Hazel professionally groomed, they kept her for five hours, and the place looked like an assembly line with all the other dogs in there. When I picked up Hazel from the other place, it was clear that she was stressed out, and she was very thirsty. Hazel was happy and relaxed when I picked her up from Sudsy Muffins.
