She goes after every mat, clips like the pro she is, and most importantly, pays very close attention to the dog and their stress level. One of my goldens was hating the entire experience so Stephanie knew when it was time to take a break. My dogs are 80-100 lbs. Stephanie is nice and strong, which is important. May 11) and they called & txt when they were enroute even though they were right on time. Our appt. was for 1 dog groom & cut the other dog's nails! Sara was WONDERFUL! She did EXACTLY what my boyfriend asked of her (but he told her to keep the hair about 1" long) which HE knows now to go a bit shorter for next time. Not Sara's fault, she listened to his instructions & followed them perfectly. The price was more than reasonable! We didn't have to go anywhere! So convenient.
