If you are looking for a real message that you better of go to the mall and pay $30 for half an hour. I used a Groupon and I couldn't believe other reviews about the TIP, I gave them $8 but came right back at me and asked me for $10, little shocking but if they don't get paid enough then they should raise their prices but not ask for more than 30% of tip. There is another place near lake view that you can use a Groupon for same price but they claim that the original price is $50 so they expect $10 tip ad well. Worst massage place ever . Horrible customer service, the guy refused to sell me a double massage package saying120 minutes is too long time . I finally took the $50 hot stone. Worst massage . They guy was on his phone texting the entire time . I mostly got a one hand half effort massage. At the end when I brought this to their attention they laughed it off. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. When I arrived, there was a language barrier but the staff was friendly. I went into the massage area with the tables. It was a semi private room with 2 tables and a shear curtain. My masseuse started by applying pressure throughout my body and then went into the massage and the hot stones. She focused on my back and shoulders but did a whole body massage. Overall it was a great massage and experience. My only complaints would be the lack of privacy (easily fixed with a thicker curtain) and the language barrier. I would definitely return. read more

My experience on 2/18/2019 with Happy Feet was very bad. I gave the owner 15% gratuity, but that was not good enough. The owner harassed me to give him more. If that was not bad enough, I clearly smelled liquor on his breath every time he opened his mouth. The whole experience was troublesome and intimidating! I will never go back! I received two massages here from two different women both amazing. But the 3rd time I came I had a guy massage me (I'm already uncomfortable with this) he was awful. Absolutely TERRIBLE! He didn't do a good job and left a huge bruise on my arm that took a week to go away. It was a painful experience and I had a very sore back and arm for over a week. My friend had gotten a massage from the other gentlemen and she said it wasn't that great. I will stick to only the women here because the men are terrible. They also scowled at us when we left a tip. I'm assuming it wasn't desirable to them, and I usually tip well but this guy kept massaging me wrong even when I would say "no" and "ouch!" I bought this on Groupon. The hours read 9am to 10 on our vice versa. I showed up at 330 pm on a Monday and there was nobody there. I tried again that Friday to the same result. They did however answer the phone at 430. I made an appointment, showed up and they wanted me to wait an hour. I think they have my appointment away. I will never go back read more

I've been to Happy Feet twice. The first occasion was very positive. There is an older woman that gives good massages, and she was very friendly. The second time was a nightmare. I came in at noon on a weekday. No one was there. The rooms were dirty, and sheets were undone. She was bossing around a younger woman working there and throwing towels at her. I didn't understand what they were saying, but she was clearly demeaning or yelling at her. At the end of the massage, their credit card machine was not working. My card was charged but she was unable to provide me a receipt. She asked me to hand write all of my credit card information and then demanded a $10 tip. I asked if I could come back with a cash tip and she yelled no. I was blown away. How can you demand a $10 tip on a $29 massage or a tip at all since you're clearly being rude? This older woman originally seemed very nice, but she turned into a wicked witch. I will not be returning. read more

AVOID--AVOID-AVOID There are so many other similar business around that I think would actually appreciate the business. There are so, so many reasons why I would tell people to avoid HappyFeet Norridge, I am not sure there is enough space here, however I will itemize a few quite serious points. - My girlfriend and I called in for appointment (we informed them of our special Groupon vouchers for a full-body/hot stone massage) & subsequently called back requesting female masseuses they said OK, however when we went in for our massages she had a male therapist. - When we checked-in and presented our vouchers, a lady (who subsequently gave me my massage) said "next time, no coupon." -We were escorted to our "private room" which was sectioned off, but had a sheer curtain covering 1/2 the doorway. I noticed they had sliding doors built into the walls, I went to close it. Glass. So their private room has glass, see-thru doors. -My girlfriend walked out to the hallway to inquire about the room. Now, I am not kidding, six people came over not to help, but confront her. Some guy, actually entered the room and got in her personal space and said "it's ok, it's ok...they are all employees." She tried to explain that it was not ok and that not only she, but other clients would most like to feel the same. He got even closer. She boldly said, "I'm sorry, are you mad?" So he left. Good thing. . . - We wanted to see if they can rectify the situation with a good massage so we reluctantly stayed. - The few times I have gone for a massage, I have never had the female therapist stay in the room, instructing me to remove my clothes (Creepy). - There was no place to put our clothes upon disrobing. The therapist took my sweater and put it on the floor:"it's clean, it's clean." I explained how that is not going to work so she pulled a table in from another room on which we can place our belongings. - Massage itself was only OK. Really average. To me, it felt like they were in a rush. I mean one hour was gonna be one hour so why are you in such a hurry. However, I can tell that the male masseuse was trying to take extra care of my girlfriend since she had already expressed how the set up was not the most comfortable. - At one point, I opened my eyes during the massage after turning over and, to me, my female masseuse's face was 2 to 3 inches from mine (Double Creepy). Between watching me disrobe and getting extra close, I got the feeling that she is one of these creepers you hear about that get a certain "satisfaction" from touching-up and watching people. - Upon leaving, the guy that kind of got up on my girlfriend (perhaps the owner?) was sitting on a sofa in the lobby watching a video on his phone. We could hear his phone in our "private room" throughout the massage. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Happy Feet. Please do not waste your time or money. There are so many other places that are professional and would actually appreciate your visit. read more

Called the day of at noon to set an appointment for 3 people at 6pm. We arrived 10 minutes early with no one to be seen. Then the lady comes up to us surprised as we told her we have an appointment. She gets on the phone and then tells us we have to wait 20 minutes. This place is a joke don't come here because they can't even have enough employees to accommodate more than one person. If I can give no stars I would. I went there a couple days ago because my feet were throbbing and you would think they give good foot massages because there name is Happy FEET. First they massage your head which was awful a child could of done better and as she went on to my feet she massed my left foot for literally 4 minutes and was done and went onto the next. I wish I have seen reviews on yelp but unfortunately, I read only Groupon reviews (which were 4 stars and good experience for some reason). I paid with Groupon but the lady asked "my tip, my tip". I was gonna leave a tip as I always do, we all work hard for our money but I have never demanded or harassed for a tip!!! Lady was beyond ruse she grabbed my hand and demanded a mandatory tip. What is wrong with this place, where they have learned these manners. I would say avoid this place at any cost. I buy services from Groupon for years and never had such a horrible experience.
