Other reviewer Kaitlynn has it right: you go in and you see the grooming tables, and the place is still clean and functional. The high half wall was a little surprising at first, but I quickly came to appreciate it once I realized that there were a few dogs trotting around and playing before and after their groomings. In fact, my little corgi immediately found a tennis ball and started scurring around as soon as he went through, and for me, that's a very good sign that he's relaxed enough to play. Their tagline of "every groom starting with a belly rub" is a great representation of their incredibly friendly and playful staff. It's not just a fun time, though. When I came to pick up my dog (and I completely respect their asking you to come back after they call you -- imagine your pup jumping from clippers once it sees you), he looked amazing. Great paw trim and they even managed to do his nails without him *completely freaking out.* I appreciate that they wrote down my requests as I dropped him off.
