When I raised my concerns, the business blamed my husband and claimed he had specifically requested the cut. What made the situation worse was the owner's response afterward. I was told there was video footage proving their version of events and that I could view it, but when I asked to see it, I was told they couldn't send it to me. More than a year later, the owner is now publicly claiming that I was shown the footage and acknowledged what happened during a phone call, which never happened. I stand by my experience. The way a business handles a mistake or unhappy customer matters just as much as the service itself, and unfortunately, I did not feel heard or taken seriously. Completely unprofessional.

This came as a surprise, as we were not clearly informed of any serious problems beforehand or given a fair opportunity to address them. Our dogs are part of our family, so this situation was upsetting. What made it even more difficult was the emotional impact it had on our household. My spouse is a veteran service member, and the tone and abruptness of the message were very triggering for him. We believe communication, respect, and understanding are essential when working with clients and their pets. Being dismissed in this way felt abrupt, impersonal, and lacking empathy. We hope this business reflects on how they communicate with clients and works toward handling concerns in a more respectful and understanding way.
