07/03/2026 My friend and I love trying new pizza places, and this spot only serves pizza on Fridays. They offered 3 toppings - Just Cheese, Pepperoni/Jalapeño/Hot Honey, or Pepperoni. We got the hot one because we love that combo. We pre-ordered online with a pickup time of 4pm, and got there on time but still had to wait almost 10 minutes. So we sat at the counter to wait. They asked us if we wanted it cut into 4 or 6 slices. We requested 6, but they still cut it into 4. It was fine, just bigger slices. We don't usually eat Detroit style pizza given how thick it is and thought this could change our minds. It did not, but the toppings were delicious. The outer crust had a nice crunch to it. I'm still glad we tried it and supported a local business. We'll need to go back to try some coffee.

Oh my gosh, I had the absolute sweetest barista who was so helpful picking out my coffee, and she was spot on. As she gave me my coffee she also gave me a pupcup (without asking) just because she saw my doggo outside with my husband. So incredibly thoughtful and aware. Super awesome place with an amazing barista. Will definitely be back!!

Best coffee shop in Tempe , this place ambiance was amazing and the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. Definitely will be back for more :)

Had a great time here, service was wonderful and the lady taking our order explained all the drinks they can make and their specials since it was our first time. Coffee was great and made exactly as you'd hope for. It's a small shop with good seating and very well set up. Will definitely come back - from the service to the coffee, everything was wonderful!

Great spot in Tempe. Came in for a quick coffee after mass and a snack. The girls at the front were nice and got our coffee quick. The spot is cute and small and has a cool board and here you can buy a friend coffee. The waffle taco was good, a little sweet but to be expected with Nutella and banana topped with powder sugar.

Really nice coffee spotting Tempe! I had a latte with oatmilk. The coffee was amazing. Not bitter at all. They have a lot of different flavors you can add to your coffee or latte. There were some sugar free options as well. My boyfriend had the chai latte. It was good, but it was so so sweet. Would definitely get half sweet next time if possible. The Nutella and Banana waffle was also really good. I thought the prices were reasonable as well. The Marvel art inside is really cool and I enjoyed looking it over while I drank my coffee. There are about 5 tables inside and some outdoor seating as well. The service was excellent and our barista was friendly. Would definitely come back!

The coffee was so good! The barista helped me pick it out, she was so nice! The art was cool to look at while I waited too! Amazing place.

Heard great things about Happy Joe Coffee, so decided to check it out one weekday afternoon. There's limited paid street parking as well as a garage nearby, I think. The shop is cute and cozy. Loved the Marvel art on the wall! There aren't many tables, so if you're looking to work or study, it's best to arrive early to grab a spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was tempted to try a new-to-me drink, but decided to go with my usual, an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon. To my surprise, they had it on the menu! They call it the "OG Granola." I also ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich, which had egg and cheese. The latte was delicious and well balanced. The sandwich came toasted and was tasty. The prices were very reasonable. I would visited again if I'm back in the area.

A great coffee shop! We stopped in quickly for two cold brews. The barista was very kind and helpful. They have a large selection of special coffees as well. Quick service snd good coffee!

I always enjoy checking out local coffee shops when traveling. While up in Tempe I stopped by this small locally owned coffee shop. The wall mural was rad and the coffee came out quickly despite it being a busy Saturday morning. They allow you to customize the sweetness which I always like. I got the cookie butter latte with almond milk and it was great!

This place is a solid stop. I got a Vanilla Bean Cold Brew and their Turkey and White Cheddar sandwich on an everything bagel. The coffee was very tasty. I'm impressed. The sandwich was good as well. Next time though I'll ask if they can toast the bagel. It comes with a chipotle mayo that's pretty decent too. The baristas were friendly and quick. It's a small location with limited outdoor and indoor seating and parking that can be tricky. Definitely more of a grab and go situation. Fairly pricey, but good nonetheless.

We popped in this particular Saturday morning while trouncing through the Tempe Festival of the Arts. There was a line (no surprise since it is ASU territory), but the layout of the line meant people brushing by you & getting too close. The guy who took our order was uncheerful & came across as "I don't want to be here; what do you want?" Not the best impression. We placed our order & were lucky enough to find a seat. There is a small patio on their south side; the light rail to their north. The guy who delivered our food was more friendly. The cinnamon roll was so dry, I swear it had been sitting out for a week -- and there was too much cinnamon. My sister's classic eggs benedict was unappetizing; the English muffin, too, was dry. So dry she practically needed a steak knife to cut into it. There's a Proof Bread shop just down the street. How Daily Jam can have such God-awful muffins is beyond me. The potatoes had no seasoning, she had to salt them -- and the salt & pepper shakers needed filling. My croque madame was edible, if simple. In short, there is absolutely no desire to visit Daily Jam again.
