TLDR; give this place a visit and try all the things! I wish I could give this experience more than 5 stars. 10/10 most definitely recommend. I had never been here before and we decided to see if they were open (after learning on Christmas they were closed). This surpassed all expectations. The photos beforehand said that I would love this place and they were not wrong. We were immediately greeted and sat. Natiesha, our server, was extremely helpful with recommendations and attentiveness. The restaurant was cozy with great vibes and very inviting. We had management come check on us, and made sure everything was good. Now for the best part, the food. We tried the crabby omelette, the chili verde huevos rancheros, and the seasonal winter spiced monkey bread french toast. We tried the herbed potatoes and biscuit with the house made jam (please order this jam, you won't regret it), and the polenta bites. Those polenta bites were probably the best side! The huevos rancheros had a great balance of flavor and heat and tenderness in the pork. The crab on the omelette was cooked to perfection. Overall, this is a place I look forward to repeating because there is so much more on the menu to try! read more

My roommate and I came here this weekend. Haven't been here in a while. I got the three eggs and a pancake it was good except it had powdered sugar (which it didn't say that on the menu) I don't really like powdered sugar. But it was good maybe ate half my pancake. The server was really nice and attentive. The place was busy! But we only waited about 15mins for a table. Not bad. Always clean. Friendly service, we were seated right away on a Sunday morning. The food was decent but the texture of the pancake was tough, and the pork sausage patties were dry and I didn't care too much for the flavor. Everything else was good though. I got a side of fruit with it, but the portion was tiny... definitely more of a toddler-sized serving than what I expected. Service was pretty mid. Daily Dose has long been on my list to try. I finally made it in recently. And it was delicious! I look forward to coming back and trying other items on the menu. This time I had chorizo burrito with potatoes and the white chocolate sugar bean iced coffee. Food was pretty good - not great, but very decent. Don't love their coffee, which I think matters at a brunch spot - it was VERY dark roast and didn't taste fresh. Customer service was spot on when cashing in for my take order. Allergies accounted for with suggestions. Now on to the breakfast. Best omelette I've had in years and it was without cheese. So flavorful it held it's on. Healthy sides for all diets. Instead of potatoes and fruit, I opted for sautéed spinach and sliced tomatoes. The spinach was very good and flavorful. I had been here before amazing service and no issue. This time around there was issue, my boyfriend and I went and our waitress was sweet and attentive. Otherwise a lady whom we belive was the manager was not. She was checking in every single table but ours not even sparing us a second glance, she even visited tables multiple times but not ours. I can only unfortunately say that this was infact discrimination. When she finally did come up it was just picking up our plates and saying "have a good day" with the worst attitude possible. On another note I didnt partake in the coffee this time but have in the past. I watched the espresso machine be used and then not cleaned. I also spotted product that was past it's best by date. My friend got a salad with steak, but it looked like they put very thin strips of meat, like the frozen steak sandwiches I had when I was a kid. Was it really steak?? Not sure. I've visited Daily Dose for both breakfast and lunch. The restaurant itself isn't huge but I've never had to wait for a table and been seated right away. The first time visiting was for lunch and the waiter was not the most attentive. We had to ask for our check, ask for to-go boxes, flag him down for more drinks, he messed up our salad order, etc. However, I came back for breakfast and the experience was much better. Our waitress was much more attentive and helpful. In terms of breakfast food, the breakfast nachos are phenomenal! For lunch, the cobb salad is also really good -- love the blue cheese vinaigrette! Overall, I'd recommend Daily Dose. However, due to the bad waiter during my first visit, I can't give 5 stars. read more

I really wanted to love this place. The location is great. The service was great (Nicole is a gem!) but the food was so average! Boring presentation and taste in my opinion. Not worth $25 per person when it was all said and done. I don't know, maybe we should have ordered pancakes instead of egg dishes but I likely won't be back to find out. I've been here for brunch twice and it's been great both times! I got salad both times and I really liked that the greens were fresh and the dressing was nice and light. I really like the spicy tomato juice, although the second time I ordered it it was not as good as the first time. The same goes for the bacon - the second time around it wasn't quite as thick or crispy as the first time. I still really enjoyed eating here and I will be back.
