I rarely write reviews (if ever) but I felt compelled to write this one after such a terrible experience. Beware of using this company. The owner doesn't come, instead, he sends mediocre BELOW AVERAGE installers. They caused so much damage to my fireplace mantel & hearth, not to mention every installation for all 5 TV's they damaged the drywall and looked terrible. The main 80 inch TV was NOT centered. The quality of the TV mounts is absolutely HORRIBLE. Beware of using this company. They won't fix anything. They won't refund or make any adjustments, and when there is an issue the ower will ghost you. I had to pay a drywaller to come to fix and patch all the damage caused by his installers. Then had to pay someone to paint, and bring someone else to fix the hearth. BEWARE!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! More pics to follow. If you have nice stuff - don't use this company. I requested numerous bids for installing a 70" TV, mount and outlet on the outside patio and John was the lowest bid. I supplied the TV mount. Although Happy Modern Homes was the lowest bid, it was NOT indicative of the quality of work as the job was nothing less than first rate. John responded to my texts quickly and was extremely responsive. They were both extremely professional, well versed in the installation and completed the job in fairly short order. The only modification needed for the installation is my now having to replace the requested outlet with a GFI device due to the outside connection for the TV. My bad. I should have requested this device in the beginning. All in all, we couldn't be happier with the installation and would highly recommend John (and Anyssa, if needed, as a team) for future work. They place customer service as the number one priority and as a result, I give them the 'highest rating' possible. Thanks John & Anyssa!! read more

My brother-law hired John and was extremely pleased with his work! I was in search for a camera system and had looked into doing it myself. Well after speaking with John for a few minutes i was convinced he was the person for the job! He came over and ready to work. We discussed the placement of the cameras and off he went. I have never seen anyone as hard working or dedicated to his craft than John! Once he was finished he made sure everything was picked up and left as it was before he arrived.
