He ordered the parts right there on the spot and they were able to fix my install in two short visits (one to inspect and one to install) and he made himself available to answer any questions I had after the install to make sure I was happy. I probably had 3-4 electricians out before I found Sol Source and none of them even know the basics about how my system worked (or even electricity) and I was so relieved to see Andrew knew everything. He installed an additional drop down bolt for the gate where there wasn't one and welded an extra piece of metal at the deadbolt latch so the catch was deeper. He sealed and painted it to match the gate and did a beautiful job. He was going to install an additional latch but said he thought what i had was sufficient so he took that charge from his original estimate. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. John changed the game for me by mounting my TV! I just moved into a new apartment. Coming from out of state I didn't know where to look. So what I did was call Geek Squad. Thankfully I didn't go through with them because they almost charged me $275 to mount one TV. I then went on Yelp and came across John. I spoke to him and he showed up to my house within 2 hours of the call. He was professional and made my kids room look great! I had a concern that I wasn't about to mount my TV because it had steel studs, but John showed me a method he uses to get passed that. Scheduling the appointment was super easy and the team arrived right on time. They made short work of putting the playground together and by the afternoon we were out there having a great time. I would never ever hire these guys. HORRIBLE! 1) Hired to…read moreassemble of shed. Result: unit doors rubbing against the frame, and the misaligned locking holes. Refused to come back and fix it. Then became more ugly....saying "good luck with your door". 2). These guys tried charge $100 more for cutting small branches. so, I Did myself in a few minutes very easily. I am 70 years old woman, these guys were whining, asking $100 more. It says a lot about about these 2 guys, and business. It named " I Assemble Anything"
