I got a manicure- gel nail French tip and she got a pedicure. I also had to remove my previous dip nail... They didn't completely remove the residue from my dip nail, and continued to paint clear nail and finish my French tip manicure. There's even noticeable bubbles on my nails! The technician could tell that i was EXTREMELY disappointed by the way it turned out, didn't apologize whatsoever. She just shrugged and minded her own business as if she did everything perfectly. Great first time experience here! Just moved from the Bay Area and haven't had a pedicure in months. In the last couple months of my pregnancy and my feet really needed a pick me up so finally broke down and got one. I think this will be my go-to salon. It was clean and covid-friendly (everyone in masks, wearing gloves, and shields up between you and your nail tech). Prices are fair and there were a large variety of services offered for pedicures which is what I really needed. My technician Kim was very gentle on some problem cuticles (and eased a lot of pain in one of my toes I have been dying to get rid of) but also just the right amount of firm for my throbbing legs and feet (pregnancy legs lol) so I'll be asking for her by name in the future! Let me start with; I have little frame of reference. As a newbie to the world of pedicure I can only give my impression without comparison. I thought the place was very bright and shiny. It seemed to me that a great effort was placed on cleanliness. We arrived at approximately 11 A.M. on a Thursday and there was only one other customer. Tish and I were seated in adjoining stations and offered something to drink. I asked for coffee and it was delicious, a hot version of the Vietnamese coffee I'm used to. My tech, Kathy (Hong), went immediately to work - btw: I got the works $45 - since it was my first time. I appreciated what seemed Kathy's great attention to keeping things well managed and clean. From the first time I put my feet in the hot water until they time Kathy said she was done I was in a bit of Heaven. I have circulation problems and my feet are extremely tender. While the sensation was very strong at various points in the procedure, at no time was I in extraordinary pain. The wax was very pleasant. The ending with the hot rocks really put a great ending to the experience. I repeat - I have no frame of reference. 70+ years on planet earth and this was the first pedi. Claiming that the length and the coffin shape is the reason for additional 12 dollar charge. Then demanded she pay before they finished. In addition to all that, the tech cut my daughters cuticles while filing the her nails. Kathy is the name of the tech. If you want your nails done without them nickel and diming you then go down the street to grand nail salon by sprouts. They don't add on and they don't take three hours to do everything and they don't cut up your fingers when filing you nails. read more

She also didn't take too long (which I like) and spent about an hour on me. I moved here from NYC not too long ago and left behind a fantastic nail salon that I frequented every two weeks. I had gone to one salon in Rockwall but was not impressed with the sky high prices and mediocre services. I am a skilled nail artist so I took to doing my own nails. My feet were collateral damage as they had not been done in months. In the past week, I had been very ill. Because of that, I dedicated this entire weekend to pampering. Massages, mani, pedi, and so on and so forth. I decided to give this place a try based on the reviews and the reasonable prices and it did not disappoint. The ladies work if there were incredibly kind, professional, efficient, and did stellar work. The woman who applied my acrylics did an amazing job and listened to all of my requests (all being that I wanted them short but not too short, thin but not too thin, and square but not too sharp on the corners. Not everyone gets that!), and offered me drinks if I wanted one. I had a different lady working on my pedicure and she was very attentive and didn't hurt my toes at all. She took her time in massaging my calves with the lotion of my choice. 'Twas truly an enjoyable time. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because two people working on you at once is pretty distracting. I actually enjoy getting my pampering on and not knowing who to concentrate on was not as relaxing as I would have liked. But hey, if that is your thing, then go on with your bad self. Updated review! I will admit when I am wrong. I needed a quick pedicure before I went out of town and I just so happened to be next door and noticed that the salon wasn't busy so I popped in. I have been here before and wasn't impressed but I knew the prices and decided "what the heck?". The lady who did my pedicure was amazing! Really took her time and asked me how I wanted my nails cut and if I needed anything special done. I didn't want to pick a lotion without knowing what to expect and she was so kind to let me smell them all before I chose one. This rarely happens at any place. Came in for a gel manicure. I had a dip set on and she did a good job removing them however when applying the gel polish she did a really bad job. I don't know if it was due to being the last customer or what but my left hand was badly done. The polish was uneven and bumpy. I asked if she could file again when I noticed, hoping it could be fixed. But she barely filed anything away, although it was clearly obvious that it looked bad. I am absolutely thrilled with my nails done by Kristy! She took so much care and really perfected my nails. The salon is very clean. I am pretty picky with my nails, but she did my nexgen nails very thinly, and made the perfect shape. I showed her a picture of the shape and she knew what to do. I also worry about the use of a drill on my natural nails, and she was very understanding and used a very gentle setting that didn't damage my nails as much. I am so happy I went into this salon. I just got a pedicure here and was pretty satisfied up until the end when the technician barely even finished my toenail polish before she was rushing me out. I didn't even get to sit for a full minute to let them dry even a tiny bit. Then when it's time to put my shoes on, I wore flip flops in but instead of her putting my shoes back on me she put those awful foam ones on and they broke before I was even out the door. I came here with a friend as we both got the Spa pedicure. Starting price is $25 for basic, $27 for a pedicure that includes exfoliating and warm towel. My friend also got a spa manicure with gel which was $30. Regular spa manicure is $15. We arrived on a Sunday so it wasn't crazy busy which was great. I love their chair massage. Does a better job than an actual masseuse sometimes. Overall, it was a great experience. We were definitely happy with our service. I came here last week to get my gel changed while I was in town visiting my parents. There was no wait and the nail tech worked quickly. However after I got home I noticed on quite a few nails there appeared to be some gel on my cuticles. Within a few days the gel started to lift and catch on things. Last night (10 days post manicure) it literally peeled off in sheets. I'm used to gel manicures lasting at least 2 weeks and am so disappointed that it didn't last longer and now my nails are thin and brittle as a result. I can think of nothing bad to say about this place. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Sonni is easy to understand and understands me when I talk to her as well. All of the techs are accommodating and last time we were there my sister mentioned her neck was hurting and the tech gave her an impromptu neck massage. They offer a drink (water, wine, soft drink or sometimes they fire up the margarita machine) when you get there which I really appreciate. One of the best things about this Spa is that they aren't pushy about services. They don't insult you for not getting a wax or pedicure with your fill.
