PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO!!!!!!!! 1. they are all liars, especially tram, tram told me that if i gave them five stars that they would give me $5 off, she lied and said it was because i was in high school (I've been out of high school for years) another worker also told me that their policy to fix anything was two weeks and i said it hasn't been 2 weeks and then she changed and said it was 10 days, i called 4 times trying to get in touch with the manager or owner and they never knew when they would be in or her name which is a lie 2. the problems: no acrylic overlay on my acrylic nails, tram killed an ant while doing my sisters nails and didn't wash her hands, my gel toes and my sisters toes were chipping after 3 days, both of our "acrylics" fell off after three days, tram filled my sisters nail down so far is red(picture below, and i also have pictures of our nails and toes) danny did my nails and if i hadn't pulled my hand away she would have cut my nails down to whatever size she wanted, we showed our picture for reference which was chrome, they weren't understanding that i wanted my nails longer and that my little sister wanted a different shape, the tech who did my toes didn't even ask if i wanted my toed cut or how short she just did them however she liked, after my pedicure when the store was closed i was offered an eyebrow wax, which was implying my eyebrows are ugly or she just wanted more money from me, they used so much glue on the "acrylics" that they were lint on the bottom and days after getting them done my sisters were still wet underneath when they came off, my sister told them a color that they wanted and they proceeded to chose another color, they also barely looked chrome and a shiny nail polish would have had the same effect, both of out nails were $75 and lasted for 3 days 3. when i asked for a refund they lied about their policies and are just in general a bunch of money hungry liars, when i asked if they could fix my nails they said that they would still have to charge me which is dumb because its their fault that my nails weren't done correctly in the first place 4. accused me of harassing them when i only called a few times asking for a manager, which they would never give me SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!! I get a pedicure about once every two months and figured it was time to get one. I called ahead to make sure I could get in and they said there was no wait. When I showed up the place was packed and I ended up waiting 15 minutes... The salon is a little hard to find and is tucked away behind the shell station off Ulmerton. They have more nail polishes than I've ever seen in my life. The whole long wall is lined with polishes and so is the wall by the entrance. At 6:15pm they had 8 nail techs working back to back on clients. The place was clean and well organized. They don't have any Essie polishes with was unusual and they charge $3 extra for the "silver cap super shine" OPI polish. My nail tech was super nice and sweet. She took her time and didn't skimp on the foot scrub! She did a nice job with my nails. The pedicure was $26 and which is average for what I've seen in the area. This place is good, but nothing out of the ordinary spectacular. I would come back due to its close proximity to my work. read more

Been here a few times, I liked it at first, the colors are cheerful but last couple times it's been DIRTY - towels not changed in between customers, etc.....and the workers can be DEMEANING when they grab your hand or foot and say "RELAX" in annoying tone. This place has really gone downhill since it was sold to the new owner. Most of the old employees are gone and the new ones don't know how to do their job. When I was in with my mother, one lady couldn't figure out how to switch the cold water to hot in the foot baths, so my mom was stuck with ice cold water for a while. They also rushed through the manicures and pedicures and didn't cut/clean the nails properly and no scrubbing of the bottom of foot or heels. We have been going here since they opened years ago but we are now going to find a new place. read more

Love this nail salon! It's kinda of hidden in the middle of a gas station plaza so unless you're familiar with the area it's hard to find, but that makes it a hidden treasure! The staff are really sweet to you all the time, and they have a awesome range of colors and options for whatever you want to do. Unfortunately it wasn't as good as I hoped. Water temp wasn't very warm and ended up feeling cold. (I did ask for it to be warmer.) Back when I lived and worked in St Pete this was my go to nail place every 2-3 weeks. It didn't matter what tech was available, they were all good. From the outside, this place looks like a set from a horror movie. It's old and dilapidated. The inside isn't much better. I was getting my nails done (very hesitantly) and thinking about all the improvements/ updates they needed. However, my nails came out pretty good. I was impressed with the shiny buff as most nail spas fail to achieve a high gloss. I thought my nail tech was also thorough and paid attention to the detail in her work. I prefer nail salons that feel like spas; where I can relax and be pampered. If you're like me, this place won't meet expectations. How often does a woman get lucky when they go to a new nail salon? I came in to have my dipping powder nails removed. since I had them done in VA I wasn't sure where to go to have them filled, so I decided to have them removed since I'll be going hiking all next week. I read the reviews and since it's close to work I have them a try! Happy that I did. It was $10 to have them removed, but since it was a difference brand than this shop uses it took the woman longer to remove them. She wet cotton balls, placed them on my nails and wrapped them in foil. She let them start that way for about 30 minutes. Came back to check and began to run the gooey nails off. Of course they were layered thicker and she has to let them soak about 15 minutes. Finally? She had me soak my nails in a bowl of polish remover. I was in shock! This was a fit nail powder dip I had ever done. They are way better than acrylic. The nails come of so quickly and typically they say when it's their formula nails it takes 5 minutes. Mine took over an hour. I didn't mind. I am looking forward to coming back here after my vacay for a manicure. Very friendly staff, and they even have their own gift cards! Cute and clean saline full of white clean and pink accents throughout. Plenty of security cameras line the salon as well! They take credit cards and you can tip in them, but I believe they would prefer cash tips. My only concern was there was no list with pricing of anything. I will be back! read more

I don't get my nails done often, but I liked this place. There really isn't anything around the nail salon. Honestly, I thought it must be new, because it is in kind of a lonely area. The restaurant next to it has changed three times since I've lived here and it is now vacant. Imagine my surprise when I found out it has been around for 10 years. You can tell why it has a loyal following if you read the other yelp reviews. I had a 6:30 p.m. appointment (the latest they will do for a pedicure and manicure since they close at 7:30 p.m.) and three other customers were in and out around that time. I thought it would be dead! I don't get my nails done that often, because I'm pretty careless with my hands and feet. I exercise six days a week and I chip nails a lot since I basically have a blatant disregard of my hands. However, I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding and the bride asked everyone to get a French manicure and pedicure. I quickly searched places near my apartment and found that I could walk here and they had great reviews. Perfect! In the end the mani/pedi cost $56 (not including tip). I spent $6 extra to get a special top coat of polish that was supposed to help it stay longer. Not sure if it was worth it since less than a day later I already have a small chip on one finger and one toe, but again, that could just be me. Overall I thought the experience was good. The people there were really friendly and the clientele seems nice. I think they did a good job and if I ever need to get a mani or pedi again I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. Although the décor isn't what you would consider chic or modern, it is clean and bright.. They were playing a Nicholas Spark book based movie while I was there. Kind of random, but a good choice for a place mainly women frequent. This place will make you feel comfortable, which is all I need. read more

Apparently you get what you pay for. I paid $40 and got a great gel fill today. I was paying $22-26 elsewhere and getting nicked all the time, the nail thickness was uneven and the acrylic constantly lifted! Not worth it. So I came back here as it's close to my office.
