My friend and I went here to get pedicures since it's one of the few nail salons open on Sundays and they did AMAZING. We both got the #2 on their pedi menu and it was Hands down, the best pedicure I've had. They're incredibly thorough and their prices aren't bad. The staff is super friendly and the salon is very clean. We had to wait a little bit when we got there, but it was well worth it. We'll definitely be back. Update: just went back in today for a dip mani and it was the best dip I've had in town. My gel pedi is two weeks old now and still looks great! read more

Went with my friend to get our nails and toes done. The owner is a piece of work. I got gel nails and on the first coat of color she asked me if I liked the color I said yes but after the 3rd nail I had changed my mind so I asked if I could pick a different color, she yelled at me (even though all she had to do was wipe off the color with a towel because I hadn't put them under the uv yet) saying why would I say ok and then change my mind after 3 nails. Fast forward to paying, she told me my generous tip wasn't enough and that I needed to give more. On top of that, my gel mani is covered in bubbles and inconsistencies. First impression was great, they got me in same day for an appointment on my birthday and the lady who did my nails was super sweet so I feel bad but the nails honestly aren't great. I asked for a crescent moon on one single nail and she forgot, it took her a really long time to do just black almond shaped nails and they are not straight. She asked many times throughout the service if they were ok and I thought they were and told her yes until I got to my car and could fully see the finished product. Im sure if I had said something she would have fixed it and I should have stood up for myself but like I said, they seemed ok till I fully saw the finished product. But it kinda seemed like she had never done this shape before ‍ I hate being that person but I was charged 55$ for these and was charged 5$ extra just to make it matte. Also it looks like she didnt paint them fully so I would have to come back sooner. Im not picky and usually can overlook something like a nail or two being off center or one being bumpy but the combination of them already lifting, not being straight, and not being painted to the cuticle sucks. Went in with my sister to get my nails done. Showed the woman a photo of the shape I wanted, and another shape I'd be interested in. But I told her they needed to be short. She cut them, I asked for shorter. She said "no, I'll square them off." I told her no I don't want square nails. Told her to leave them where they were but to even them out. She did not. She finished up the nails, one layer of the gel polish was still wet and bubbled up the polish on top. The person working next to her reshaped my nails. By the time I went outside I realized the right hand nail tips weren't even attached to my nails. Went back in because at this point I wanted a refund. They tried to file away my actual nail to the skin to hide their mess up. And refused a refund. DO NOT COME HERE they suck. And their customer service with issues is terrible. read more

I will never be back to this salon. I feel very scammed. This was my third and final time at giving them a try. The first visit I had three nails pop off In two days. Second visit same thing and started chipping. This Third time the lady kept trying to get me to go longer on my nails and wouldn't listen , all my nails are bumpy and crooked one hand all are longer in length because she didn't measure them. I told the lady I wanted all the nails a solid color and she kept saying if I only painted the tips it would cost more. So that's why I asked for just a solid nail. I also asked for coffin and these are far from coffin shape. I finally get done and she says it's $70 !!!! I've never in my life paid $70 for nails. I started asking questions and she said it's because they are longer in length and because of the coffin shape, total scammers! Worst experience I e ever had. I had to go home and try to file them all to make them even, but that couldn't save them even if I really tried. Don't waste your time or money here read more

This salon is terrible and unprofessional. They took over 2 1/2 hours to do my nails. Some lady kept helping me and then walking away in the middle of it. She made me soak my fingers in acetone for over 30 minutes and so the gummy acrylic was all over my fingers. I asked for dip powder and the nail tech cut my nails down to nubs without even asking me first what length and shape I wanted but by then it was too late. now I have to wait for my nails to grow out before I can even thinking of getting them done again. I am not even sure how this salon is still open, they are unsanitary and just plain rude!!! save your money and time!!! read more

I went to this salon for several months, every 2 weeks. They really don't want repeat customers. They prefer people who get full sets for special occasions. Appointments are suggestions, not scheduled times to spend with one customer. They reuse towels and equipment for multiple customers, which is completely unsanitary. They misuse their tools and damage nails. That burning feeling is not because there's something wrong with your nails, it's them wanting to get done and turning their "Dremel" on full blast. Lastly, what about their almost requirement that customers pay cash. I wonder what would happen if the IRS visited. read more

Went there today as my regular place was packed and I was limited on time. Walked in and sat down immediately to get a fill. For some reason getting a full set of gel nails anywhere is $35, but for some reason this place charged me $35 for a gel fill. Didn't question at the end just paid $40 and left, will never go back. Absolutely amazing! Found my new favorite! SUPER CLEAN, friendly & great work! They greet you with a snack and water, the pedicure chairs are comfortable and ones you can actually feel the massage. AND they put plastic liners in the bowl! Love love that! I am returning this weekend to take my two little girls in for pedicures since they have the cutest kid size massage chair. That alone won my daughter over just by having that. They mentioned they were camp fire victims so having to start their business over in a new town has all my respect. Went in for a pedicure & acrylics with my friend. The pedicure wasn't bad & that lady was super nice. However, when we got to the acrylics, it was a mess. I wanted a French tip with a curve and left looking like this. You can see through the white & that's way more white than I wanted. When my friend got her nails done she asked the man go do another layer of white because she could see the strokes & he replied no they're fine. Then she asked if he could file a nail down a bit because it was pretty sharp and he replied with "no it's not." We were sad with our experience as we saw good reviews. I have never written a negative yelp review but I am today! I went in for an acrylic ombré. Apparently the number codes were labeled wrong. The colors in the jars were not the color of the sample nail. The gentleman doing my nails tried mixing colors to come up with something close. It was a hot mess to say the least! I ended up going with a solid color. I would have been okay with that BUT when I asked him if he was going to clean up the stains around my nails he said that it would wash off in time and there was nothing he could do. This establishment deserves Z E R O stars. Filthy chop shop of a place. The first red flag coming here was when I walked in and told them my name and appointment time they looked at me like I was in the wrong place and had no idea what services I was there for. Second should have been the filth and "scrub" remnants left in the pedicure bowl. They line the bowls in plastic, then cut a hole to drain it when the service is over, but never clean the actual bowl. I initially sat there (at the seat they told me to go to) with my feet out wondering if I had been placed at the wrong bowl. I allow the service to continue (honestly not sure why I didn't leave- it's been years since I've had a pedicure) and the toe nails on my left foot are cut completely crooked. I say something but i don't let her even them out otherwise they'd be so short and take that much longer to grow back out. At first she tried to tell me my toes were crooked and it wasn't the way she cut them. I showed her the clear slant of my toenail (as if they were cut sideways). All while this is happening I'm also commenting on the white French tips I had requested. Some of the paint wasn't cut with brush at all and the ones that were had jagged edges. Keep in mind she had done the top coat, walked away, and I waited for her to come near again so that I could say something. She didn't ask m if I had liked them or wanted a design, just up and left after the service. She did attempt to clean the lines but after 15 minutes of them getting taken on/off multiple times I decided it just wasn't working and wasn't going to look right with the nails that were slanted down to the cuticle and to just do a solid color. Big mistake; I should have asked for no polish and left. Once they were painted and all was fine, she immediately started putting my sandals on, to which she did the wrong feet, and took all the polish off with the sandal. She painted them again, taking polish on/off so many times, then insisted the shoes again so I asked her if we could wait but she insisted I move to the fans, again smudging the polish while putting my shoe on. Again we paint. After 30 minutes of this cycle I'm hoping I'm near the end and set on walking out with whatever is on my feet just so I can leave. Again, she goes for my shoes and I interject having to grab them from her hands just to be able to let the polish dry for a single minute. There are probably 8 other pedicure chairs open on this Monday afternoon so I didn't understand why I needed to move so quickly. So, I sat there with her staring at me while I fanned my polish just so I could across the salon to the fans. I did not go to the fans and went to pay. Upon paying, we rehash the whole situation. I didn't pay full price for my services and you shouldn't pay anything for their services. Worst pedicure I've ever had. Don't forget the filth. read more

They also gave me a $10 gift certificate as it was my birthday when I went in! I just recently went there for a mani/pedi & again they knocked it out of the park! They offer you cookies & water and make sure you are comfortable and they do a very thorough and clean job! Denny is the sweetest guy & even held my water bottle for me to drink while they finished up my manicure! All the nail techs are fabulous and they are very fairly priced! This place should be called Un happy nails as the workers were so rude. Paid almost $50 to get acrylics for my 13 year old and after walking out I asked to see her nails when she showed me I instantly took her back in. They cut off the ends of her nails and never filed them down so it looked as if she had a top layer of paint and a bottom layer of paint with a clear layer in between. I took her back in there, and the woman at the first chair on the right, took a file and filed it for a second and then said OK and I laughed at her and told her no you will do them right I paid $50. She then did the most unhappy quick job she could on her nails, and we finally walked out with complete disgust. Never will I ever recommend this place to anyone read more

We had a great experience getting a basic pedicure and manicure. Lisa was my tech and she was very gentle and did a great job with the paint. That seems to be a sticking point with me when I look at it when I get home and I could've done a better job myself. But she did great. I will definitely be back. I went here when they had previous owner he wasn't happy with the services. But I think sometimes it's depending on the text but you get it. The massage chairs are great they have a couple of TVs with different channels so no lack of entertainment. read more
