There was a crazy line outside because a Christmas gift giveaway from a local radio station! The staff was super friendly! Now for the pie! Got the meat lovers!! Did not disappoint!! Decided to give this place a try, since we were in town yesterday and also based on some of the reviews on here. The pizza itself was delicious. The crust was on point. We made our own pizza, which was a; white sauce, mushrooms, and linguica. The con's: The linguica was spicy, which I wasn't expecting, but it wasn't so bad. But if you can't have anything spicy, might want to be careful with that. Typically get this at Rick's or Eric's Pizza here in Stockton/Lodi, so I honestly wasn't expecting any spice in my pizza. The other thing was, I asked for double mushrooms. When I finally checked my pizza, got back home, it looked as if I only got a single layer of mushrooms. This was disappointing, very. Overall, it was good and the price wasn't as bad either for a large. However, for something this tasty, I would expect the topping amounts to be there. Not a bad place overall. read more

Absolutely the worst pizza ever. I used to order from Jacks pizza here in Manteca. We stopped because of a big deal in where our debit card was charge fraud entry multiple times, I'm told many others have experienced similar. So, I decided to try Happy Pizza and read the Yelp reviews which seemed better than average. I ordered. Three topping pizza special which included garlic bites and a two liter. I asked the order take to make the pizza well done. The pizza had a total of 12 slices of pepperoni. Hardly any cheese, and was not good. The garlic bites were drenched in oil and soggy. I called the Manager to share my concern. The Manager offered a discount on my next order. I won't be ordering here again and strongly suggest you don't either. Half of this order is going directly in the trash. Costco pizza puts Happy Pizza to shame. Update; although Harpreet responded to the above post the comments are misleading. First, During my call to the business I was offered a discount on any future purchase. Harpreet's statement that I was offered a refund or discount was for FUTURE PURPOSES. Secondly, Harpreet responds that I was unhappy with a few slices. This is inaccurate. While on the phone with him I stated I was unhappy with the entire pizza ( under cooked dough, and a bare minimum of sauce and cheese. The entire large pizza came with 12 slices of pepperoni. I also advised him that the garlic bites were drenched in oil floating in the container. I never mentioned the "Texture" as Harpreet suggests. While on the phone with Harpreet I told him I wasn't looking for a free pizza via this call rather wanted him to know how the product was delivered. At this point Happy Pizza could offer free food but I'd rather not support this business no mater the discount. Costco pizza is far superior to Happy Pizza. I'd like to start saying that the quality of the food was great but I'm submitting a review based on customer service. On the yelp website it said that toppings are +75c each. We added 3 additional toppings totaling $2.25 but on the receipt we were charged $2 for each topping totaling $6 instead of $2.25. I asked the worker and she was confused about the question asking why it was $2 instead of $.75 and she said "oh it evens out on the computer" which made no sense because the pizza was obviously $6 more than it was supposed to be. She took the receipt and didn't give it back but I have emails showing proof of the charged amount and how much was supposed to be charged. If anyone can contact me about this it'd be great, I don't mind being charged as much I just didn't like how she made a "excuse" which made no sense, thinking I was dumb. read more

We went here a few years ago when I had found a decent coupon and we really enjoyed the pizza here. I also like that they had Indian Fusion styles of pizza, so you can change it up from the normal selections. We have been back twice and still would highly recommend their pizza. Overall, this just might be the best pizza joint in Manteca. I'm a big pizza fanatic, and impressing me is NOT easy. But this place makes the grade. The pizza crust is excellent... I would say its a bit on the New York side, but a little thicker than true NY style. But the big thing is it has a nice subtle flavor and is crispy but with just enough give so its not like you're eating a cracker. Sauce is on point, and overall its just a quality pizza. And also noteworthy, the bacon topping comes out crispy - not soft/wet like some other places... so I highly recommend going bacon & pepperoni if you're a carnivore. The Garlic bites are BOMB too... and only 4 bucks for like 20 of em (fills a normal size white Styrofoam to-go plate). The only warning here is you need to eat them fresh - if you take them to go with the lid closed, they get soggy fast. Overall, Happy Pizza is not just good for the price (you can get a large 1 topping freshly made for like 8 bucks on special) but it's just a good pizza, period. read more

Unbelievable. And not in a good way, after an hour of waiting for our delivery, which was estimated at an hour and 20 minute wait, my girlfriend received a phone call from them. The lady on the phone told her and this is an unfortunate quote "you need to cancel your order, i accidentally accepted it and I said oh shit." She repeatedly used inappropriate language to use with a customer, and proceeded to tell my girlfriend that she did not make our food at all yet and she isn't going to so we need to cancel it. How is this customer service? We would have been fine to wait if she even offered that at all before just telling us to cancel our order, we called the app we placed our order through to cancal the order because we were just done with it at that point instead of arguing to get the food we ordered. The guy said he wanted to call the restaurant himself, and when we returned to us he said they wanted to apologize for the inconvenience and wanted to offer the meal we ordered, free, for next time, and that is fine but why next time? Why couldn't she just make the food I ordered now? I seriously cannot comprehend why I get it free the next time I order when I didn't even get it this time?
