Tassili's makes my favorite wraps of all time. I am not vegan but I absolutely love eating here…read more Their wraps are massive, delicious, and make me feel like I'm eating healthy too. I got the South of the Border wrap. The full size is enough for two people. It is stuffed with kale (I get the spicy one and it has a nice kick to it), avocado, black bean hummus, and couscous. I highly recommend! I usually order ahead of time and come to pick it up because service is slow. Online, it will say your order is ready in 10-15 minutes, but that is not true. Wait at least 30-45 minutes to pick it up. I have been here many times, and the people that work here are absolutely incredible, but they are slammed with a lot of orders so it takes a while to get prepared.

There were about four customers in line when I arrived but it moved as slow as molasses. I recommend ordering online if you don't have extra time to wait. Also know what you want when you arrive, it helps move the line a little quicker. This is a raw vegan restaurant that is known for their kale mix. You have your choice of wraps, spicy kale, mild kale or you can do a 50/50 blend. The spicy has heat which i love but I'm glad I did the 50/50, it was perfect. There is a free parking lot a few steps away from the business and it's large so you shouldn't have a problem finding parking. I had the south of the border with a chili wrap and all ingredients. I had the half size which was extremely large and enough for two people to share or enough for two days. It's such a beautiful wrap but personally not my favorite. All the ingredients were very fresh but it was something that I just didn't enjoy about it. Maybe it was the Moroccan couscous flavor. I'm willing to try another wrap and will probably go with the OG or Dat Ish. Prices were okay for the serving size you receive. There are tables outside. And the employees were all pleasant.

We got the: - BBQ Chicken Drumsticks: The drumsticks were thick, smoky, and slightly stringy- definitely reminiscent of real chicken. The sauce was on the sweeter side, but still tasty. - Teppan Tofu Bibimpak: Came out sizzling! The tofu was crispy on the outside, almost custard-like on the inside. The sauce was savory goodness. - Black Pepper Steak Udon: Steak was nicely chewy, udon well-cooked, strong pepper essence. - Truffle Fried Rice: Crazy enough, this might be the best fried rice I've ever eaten. Such a unique combination of ingredients including black truffle, avocado, pine nuts, chestnut, mushroom, and green beans. Cool presentation too. - BBQ Pork Fried Rice: Right amount of sweetness with good wok hei. - Tempura Shrimp Roll: Tasted classic, liked that it had fried enoki mushroom in addition to mock shrimp. Ambiance is casual and spacious, lots of parking up front. Service is fast and friendly. To note, they have an automatic 18% service charge. Also, if you spend $30 in one transaction, you get $10 VG cash for next time (no minimum purchase necessary, expires within 10 days). Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to go back and try other dishes if it was a bit closer to my house. 10/10 would recommend!

Must try: General Tso, Fried Shrimp, and Fried Oyster Mushrooms!…read more Why: I was impressed with the Daring vegan chicken used in the General Tso rice bowl. Tons of "chicken" on a bed of rice topped with onions, garlic and peppers in a sweet and spicy sauce. The apps, Fried Shrimp and Oyster Mushrooms, were also crispy and delicious esp with the Mongolian Sauce. The shrimp is made from Konjac veggie root deep fried in Chickpea flour. Reminded me a little bit of imitation crab you see in some sushi rolls. Filling meal that was flavorful. Note: I was walking around downtown during the weekend and many restaurants weee closed. Since I had vegan ice cream earlier in the day I decided, why not try vegan dinner too?! You order on a kiosk pad and the food is made fairly quickly. The workers are friendly and seem to work well together and have fun at work, which is always nice to see. They had a handful of tables inside to dine in. Clean and spacious place. I ordered take out to eat back in my hotel. Glad they were open when most restaurants in area were closed. Also, if you have a BILT credit card you can earn 5X points! Lastly, I'm not a vegan but this meal was pleasantly surprising!

But with construction going on and very limited street parking I had to circle around twice to find a spot. Thankfully my order was ready when I arrived so I didn't get a ticket being parked in a loading zone. Order was placed through doordash and it was handed to me with a smile when I picked it up. The place had customers eating inside and it appeared to be very spacious and clean. Fried shrimp $12.95 - 7 pieces of vegan fried shrimp made from konjac vegetable root deep fried in chickpea flour. Plus you get your choice of dipping sauce. I selected the jambalaya sauce and it was perfect with the shrimp. Very tasty, perfect consistency and just a delicious appetizer. Truly some of the best vegan shrimp that I've had. Khan spicy $19.95 - don't let the small box fool you. This is a very generous serving and it was enough food for two days. Asian rice noodles with Abbott grounds, onions, garlic, sweet peppers, purple cabbage, basil, Thai chili tossed in Mongolian sauce and topped with Daring chicken. It was a delicious meal but not spicy enough and needed more sauce. Recommend adding an extra sauce. I'll definitely return for another order of vegan shrimp and to try some additional appetizers and build my own stir fry. This is a 100% vegan restaurant but you don't have to be vegan to enjoy it. They are using quality meat alternatives and most of the dishes are loaded with fresh veggies. I definitely recommend.

I love this place so much! I feel like I've been once a week for the past month, so I'm long…read moreoverdue to write a review about why you need to come to Bole! To start, the space is nice, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Dark wood tones, colorful artwork, scenic landscape screensavers on the TV screens near the bar, and Ethiopian music pumping through the speakers (but not so loud that you can't hear the people you're with). The staff is also so sweet with great energy. There's a full bar with great drink prices, and I still need to try the honey wine. One thing to note is that the food is made to order and does take a little time (like 20 minutes or so), but when you dig in and start eating you understand why. I will wait every time, no problem. My favorite dish is the Fish Dullet and my favorite side is the brown lentils. My partner gets the Awaze pretty much every time. If you haven't tried Ethiopian food before, this is your sign to do so. If you already like Ethiopian food, make sure to stop by if you haven't already!

Beautiful decor! Delicious food!…read moreAttentive service! Those are just three of the reasons that Bole received a five star rating. This amazing restaurant located within proximity of the airport is truly a gem in the Metro Atlanta area. The exterior is well lit and encompasses a wraparound porch that has ample space to potentially host a party. Not sure of their outdoor intentions as it was fairly cool when I visited, and look forward to checking out again in the warmer months. Parking is available at no cost, with ADA compliant entry. From the moment I entered, I was impressed with the art in various forms throughout the restaurant. This include included pictures, sculptures, and even a traditional Ethiopian coffee set up. Our party was fairly large and sat to the right of the entrance where tables were pushed together to form one table with chairs on one side and bench on the opposite. I did notice that the other areas had tables that were spaced in the very larger room, as well as a bar area with television and would appear to be an area for music/Dj set up. The food was amazing as well. Amazing is the word of the day regarding ballet! I ordered the Bole Awaze Tims signature platter with lamb, other meat options were available. I also ordered the Timatim fitfit salad, a side of beets and had the hot spice tea as my beverage. The portions were ample and included a basket of njeri, the traditional spongy accompaniment used to eat the contents of your meal. The Timatim salad was extremely good, and a meal in itself. My food was seasoned well, and I enjoyed each and every bite! My tea was delicious too! A traditional us brand teabag was placed on the side for addition, but not necessary at all. The spices which I believe included cardamom were more than sufficient and truly warmed me adequately. Despite having an a large party, our server managed all orders like a champion, and made sure that no one had to guess on menu selections. She provided information in educated in the process. The overall vibe was that everyone was impressed and enjoyed their meals. As previously mentioned, I look forward to returning to share the extremely personable ambience and great food selections with others. Definitely a great location to celebrate a special occasion or for a delicious meal with a long layover.

I went on a holiday, which was super busy, but even so, service was prompt and attentive. I ordered a pasaflora to drink, which had a beautiful flower in it, queso blanco with chips, al pastor mushroom tacos, chochoyotes, and flan for dessert. Every single dish was inspired, layered with flavor, creative, and truly unique. The presentation was also lovely and each bite felt thoughtful and well-executed. I would order everything a million times over! One thing that especially stood out was the flan's texture, which was silky, delicate, and perfectly balanced. I was also pleasantly surprised to see fried green tomatoes on the menu. It felt like such a special nod to the restaurant's Southern location, blending regional influence in a really cool way. The owner was super nice, which made the experience even better. The decor is gorgeous and so inviting, with intimate, cozy lighting. The whole space feels clean, artistic, and thoughtfully designed. This is an amazing date-night spot that I truly hope sticks around for a long, loooong time. Everything about the atmosphere and experience makes it perfect for a special evening out. I'm already planning to go back and explore more of the menu, but based on my first visit alone, I might even dare to say this is the best vegan restaurant in Atlanta. The jury's still out, but I'm more than happy to keep doing the research to confirm!! lol Last thing I'll say is that I was so grateful not to have to wade through a bunch of non-vegan menu options to figure I it what I could actually order. I also don't have to wonder if my food was being cooked next to a slab of dead animal, which is not the case most places I go. So, thank you for being ALL vegan. The food is so good that there is no chance a non-vegan will feel they've missed out on meat anyway. Logistical stuff: I saw a little bit of street parking, but not a ton. Parking in the deck is definitely the easiest option. You could theoretically bike/skate the Beltline and just walk a couple of blocks to get there. The space is on the smaller side, so I'd recommend making a reservation to be safe if you're visiting on a Friday/Saturday night.
