We've been using Happy Shuttle for several years and very happy with their service. Happy Shuttle will send you a text the day before to let you know who will be your driver with their contact information. We requested 3:30 AM service and our driver, Jason was at the house 10 minutes early. Not a problem for us, since we were ready to go. Jason texted to let us know that he was waiting outside the house. Our return trip from LAX to home was with driver, Jonathan. When our airplane landed, I had a message from Jonathan with instructions on how to meet him. Our flight arrived at LAX one hour early and he was already waiting for us at the airport. I texted him to tell him our flight had just landed and texted him again when we were at the baggage claim area. We met our driver on the second level of the airport, which is the departure level since our flight arrived after 6:30 PM. We just had to take the elevator up one floor. Very glad my family and I discovered Happy Shuttle for our trip. It made our travel stress free. I booked a ride from the SGV to LAX and back. Rich, and the drivers Jason and Ben, frequently communicated via email and/or text and even included instructional videos that guide you on where to go and meet them at LAX. We had a great visit to Disneyland after a quick and accommodating ride from LAX to our hotel in Anaheim with Happy Shuttle. They include car seats and boosters for kids, which was a plus because it is hard to travel while lugging car seats around. Our drivers arrived early both times and were very friendly and accommodating. They also have complimentary bottled water. We will definitely use Happy Shuttle the next time we are back. read more

When it comes to leaving a concert, it is not a good idea to count on Uber or Lyft: especially if it's a Taylor Swift concert because she is literally bigger than the Super Bowl. I am so happy that I found Happy Shuttle through YELP! Rich was so prompt and guide us to where he parked it was a somewhat long but short walk because we rather beat traffic, so a couple of long steps wasn't an issue. We had been a long time customer of Happy Shuttle services and recently used their shuttle services to LAX for our trip to Hawaii. Their new website is very professional and clear. I love how I can go to their website and made the shuttle reservation easily. Once they set up my order # all of the trip information I can just check the information anytime and I can paid in advance online. They link up the airline and flight info as well so once you put in the flight info they automatically showed the flight time. And the best part I like is that they have the driver information on your order when it gets closer to your dates. And they text me again the day before to inform me the driver info!
