We were never notified that Brandi left the business and that our appointment was canceled. Since Brandi left the owner now is the groomer and has no called no showed, canceled appointments 20 minutes before on multiple occasions and has even let us drop our dog off to sit there for hours and not get groomed. We rescheduled for today. Our dog was dropped off at 10:30 this morning. It is now 1pm and we get a call saying that they bathed our dog but she did not get groomed because the groomer is in the hospital. This is NO way to run a business. I do not recommend.

They saw both kitties fairly quickly. The vet was an older gentlemen with a sense of humor, he was super sweet and fairly quick too. The best part here is the price. We have tried other vets and very easily paid double or even triple the prices for basic vaccines and such. We love this place: fast, friendly and fair-priced! We will be back!

Now mind you, she did have some Matt but it wasn't severe and we went to the groomer for help because we have a bearded collie and her coat is very difficult to maintain. Instead of help, we got yelled at and she said she would not even groom her again and less they shaved her. If she would have spoken to us in a more respectful manner we may go back but we do not appreciate being yelled at. I also have a friend who took her dog there and the dog is scared to death to go back so needless to say she will not be taking her dogs can either.

The customer service is atrocious, when I walked in 5 minutes late apologizing profusely (got stuck by a train/construction, very frequent occurrence here in Circleville) Tabby rolled her eyes, sighed and said "you need to make sure you pick them up as soon as they are done". I would obviously be doing this so not sure why that was said. I picked my dog up 5 minutes after she called to say they were ready. Upon picking my dog up Tabby again said nothing as I walked in. I placed a tip down on the counter as she was ringing me up she stopped, counted the tip and then stuck her hand out for my card. ZERO words were uttered by her. One of my biggest pet peeves is blatant rudeness and this one got under my skin! BUT WAIT, there's more.....upon getting my dog home I found several fleas on him. He gets routine flea prevention medication and is never around other dogs I have also NEVER seen a flea on him. They could have only came from this disgusting groomer. I will never take my dog here again, if she treats her customers this poorly how is she treating my puppers? My dog had two spinal surgeries so I wanted to make sure he wasn't placed in any kennel during his visit, the staff listened and were super up front and informative. They use a sort of play pen instead of cages/crates. They texted me a photo of a broken nail my dog had prior to the visit that I forgot to mention. Afterwards you get an entire report on how your pup did including a photo. Will absolutely be back and can't recommend them enough. Thank you Lexi and the entire staff!!
