I'm really disappointed with my experience here today. I called ahead before driving over and specifically asked if they had availability for a fill. I was told yes, so I made the drive over expecting to be helped within a reasonable amount of time. When I arrived, the salon was clearly overwhelmed. The nail techs were visibly arguing with each other about who was going to take me, all of the stations was already full, and there was a line of people waiting. I completely understand that it's the Friday before Mother's Day and businesses get busy, but that's exactly why appointments and availability should be communicated honestly. After sitting me down and telling me to pick a color, the nail tech started drilling into my nail and then suddenly asked if I had acrylic or gel. When I answered acrylic, he became frustrated and started blaming the employee who answered the phone, saying they were told it was gel. Somehow the confusion turned into me being treated like I had done something wrong. I was then told I would need to wait another 30 minutes for someone else to become available -- after already being started on. At that point, I left upset, with a partially worked-on nail. I hate that so many nail salons overbook and overpromise instead of just being upfront with customers. A little honesty and professionalism would go a long way. read more

I tried this place for the first time on Sunday. The shop is nice and clean. They provide beverages. I went in for a fill and a pedicure and my cousin got a pedicure. The technicians conversations were so loud we couldn't even speak to each other. Anna did my pedicure and it came out pretty good. My only complaint is that the nails were all different lengths and angles so I cut them when I got home. Henry did my nails. I liked the length and shape. What I didn't like was the lack of attention to detail the base of my nail looks chunky. read more

I wanted to love the place. I been here once and loved it (but the tech I had that was great is no longer there ) and the majority visits after is a huge negative when it comes to service. This happened .. not once , but more than that. The first time I made an appt - and was told they didn't put me in the books even tho it was confirmed in email for a specific tech. So I left. The next time I made an appt for the same thing for the same tech - I had to wait 30 min. I was advised to go shopping although I had a very busy schedule to tend to. I waited for it , because I liked how the tech does my nails - lo and behold, I had a different tech and by than I didn't care bc I needed my nails done asap. Nonetheless , the polish was already chipping by end of the week. This THIRD time , I made a whole appt a week out ahead and still received a confirm appt for it for the service /tech. I arrive at scheduled time and they said she doesn't arrive till 9:30 - a whole half hour again. They are ridiculous with setting up appointments for online and phone!!! Total waste of time. I wanted to finally have a good nail shop to go to , but this comes to show , service is thumbs down here. Vibe ? Oh the decor is nice , but that's it -just like every other nail shop. A facade for the bad service. Also every tech is not consistent with the package you get , some will do the full thing on the package, some are so new they don't even know what it's included in the package you choose. For example , once I got a margarita pedicure. Lady only did it basic till she had to be told she was forgetting a bunch of stuff. So if you like to sit and wait for 30mjn or longer despite making an appt-wasting time , having your nails chipped in a week because their technique is not like some of the good techs, techs talking about doing facials even tho there's no facial service there , not getting the full advantage of the package you choose .. then this is the place for you! read more

I took my two granddaughters in yesterday for manicures and pedicures. Both of the technicians were rude and rough and hurried along with our pedicures. They did not move us to the next section for our manicures. Not a fun experience. read more

Where do I begin? I want to start off by saying I am very loyal to my nail techs and when I find when I stick with one. And the very beginning of this place first open they were always welcoming and kind and that's what drew me to them. As soon as they built clientele, their hospitality went downhill. Fast forward one year today I am a loyal customer going in every two weeks spending hundreds of dollars. The owner/Manager Jennifer is extremely rude and cocky. when she was doing my nails, she mentioned to me if there's something that I don't like there's the door get out. I was extremely appalled and found another tech in the same Salon. They would only ask new clients what they want to drink but didn't offer the return customers myself anything at least. Mind you, I tipped them on a higher spectrum. They also hire anybody at the front desk from teenagers who have no clue to this lady more on (heavy side) that argues with her coworkers all day. Very unprofessional. It always made me feel so uncomfortable. I recently went for my nails the technician was over 20 minutes late and didn't apologize or even acknowledge that I was there, but when I am five minutes late they already took somebody in because I was 5 mins late. I have to wait another 30 minutes until they're done. On top of that on top of that I had to repair my nails literally peeled off and wrinkled, the same day. I made sure to call and be respectful and let them know that I need a repair . Upon going in, I was yelled at not greeted and cursed out in their language. (they were literally screaming at me) That was my queue to leave and never come back. I will no longer be returning my business. And I can highly recommend looking into private text not these salons with a bunch of random people that just wanna get you in and out really fast and don't care about your time. read more

2 times this week I came in with appointment for pedicure. Waited over 35 min soaking with no avail. One of the times was asked to come back 45 min later and still waited! And never got my toes done. Requested a full set acrylic with a manicure to clean up my cuticles. When I sat down tech went straight into glueing on tips and proceeded to give the wrong shape after I stated what shape I wanted with pictures. They still came out nice but I didn't get what I went in for. Still tipped and all just not in love with the whole thing. Good vibes and cute place otherwise. read more

I had made an appointment for pedi and nail set, and as soon as I walked in they did not even acknowledge me for a while, so I told one of them about my appointment. One of the staff just told me to go sit in a very rude tone. After I sat down, I waited 30 minutes sitting in the pedicure chair waiting to be acknowledged. They did not even put water in the tub nor did they ask me if I wanted something to drink. They also did not ask if it was okay waiting that long and they did not apologize for their horrible service. I understand they were busy but they could've at least gave me a heads up. I was tired of waiting and I decided to get up and leave. When I told the girl on the register that I was leaving because I was waiting too long, she didn't even apologize for their horrible service and just said "okay" in a rude tone. My husband and I have been here twice for pedicures. Prices are very high compared to other places. We paid $260 for two pedis and one nail extension. I was particular about the color I wanted and when she ran out of the color she chose a different one for me that was not what I wanted at all. Then I had to come back the next day with an appointment for my nails but was not seen by the person who I scheduled with. Immediately I knew my nails would be horrible by the way my nails were filed down with the drill and had acrylic running all on my cuticles. The shape was nothing like the picture I showed her and I even spoke up about the shape and she "fixed it slightly". They are still bulky and wide and my cuticles were nipped on several fingers. I was very upset because by this point I hated everything about the service I got and was at the verge of tears when I left after spending so much. I had a big event I needed my nails done for and was so embarrassed to show my nails. I considered going back to ask them to fix it but I refuse to let them touch my nails any further. Therefore I'd rather write a review and advise others before considering this place. The place looks nice and they offer you drinks. But not worth the price. Don't let them gaslight you into getting something you don't want. The picture of the French tip was the inspo. I told her to just add one color because I was NOT going to pay extra for a French tip seeing how horrible the shape and nails looked. read more
