The burger was that good. Because I want to end on a positive, let me start with negatives: the fries were okay. Normally these are a side dish not worth mentioning but this restaurant makes them a star with a fry menu. The other critical comment is my French onion soup (on take out) was really cold and we weren't late nor (but for the fries) anything else cold. To give you reference, I microwaved for 1 minute and was still cold and did another 1:30. But it was delicious. Now, why 5 stars? The burgers. My son and I both got the Lancaster burger with horseradish mayo on the side and substituting wagyu. It was heaven. It was perfection. We had such a great experience our first HH Saturday night we stopped in again Sunday for dinner and drinks. Makalah made our visits so wonderful she gets a shout out Thank You. Makalah, and her fellow bar staff. all made superb handcrafted (took a minute or too and so worth it) cocktails for us each night such as; Sweater Weather bourbon, Mexican Firing Squad tequila, and Sangria. The waitress had no idea what tartar sauce was, no problem, but we expected the cook staff would but nope, tartar sauce was up there with unoptainium, didn't exist. The other issues are small, the waitress was thrown off by the tartar sauce issue I think and we rarely saw her. She forgot my beer order twice, never tried to do anything to keep us there, upselling like more drinks or desert. Granted, she was very young so it's understandable. Lastly, the beer was fine but the options were kind of weak. I had a pilsner that was very average, it's not a complaint so much as I kind of expect more from an onsite brewery. It's all personal taste so I get it. We will probably try it again but it will be a little while.
