Food was outstanding my late lunch today! I had the baby back 1 pound dinner with fries and garlic bread. The ribs were outstanding, fries are crinkle cut cooked perfect and enough sauce from ribs to dip. This was my first try ordering from here. I was in the mood for ribs, and in their website it said delivery could take up to 55 minutes. After an hour and 5 minutes I called to see how much longer my order would be. It hadn't even left the building yet. My order showed up two hours after I ordered it. The fries were cold, so was the bread. The ribs were tough. They didn't offer any kind of discount or even throw in something for free for the trouble. The only kind thing I can say is the lady delivery person apologized and was very nice. But if you want good food, within a reasonable amount of time, order from anywhere else. read more

This place is disgusting. Dirty inside, boxes all over the lobby laying on the floor unwrapped. I wouldn't even be eating off my own floor let alone someone else's. When I called to ask where my food was she said, "It was for pick up.... oh, we can remake and send it to you, it'll be another hour." I had to be up early the next day and it was late so I declined. Unique in that I had never seen any fast-food chain with a greater number of items on their menu. If you want it and it is fast food, they'll likely have it. Lunch specials are pretty good. Many tasty salads are available as well for healthier eating. Ate there many times while living in Pontiac. On the downside, there wasn't anywhere to dine in! Wanted pizza for dinner tonight and I've been hearing good things about Happy's so I decided to give them a shot. Well I was happy with my first Happy's order ever! I got a small pepperoni pizza and breadsticks with a side of pizza sauce for dipping delivered through Doordash. It's a simple order but you can really judge a pizzeria by how well they do with the classics. Food was delivered in a timely fashion. The pizza and breadsticks tasted like they were freshly prepared. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Pizza had a good amount of cheese and pepperoni. Of course, the sauce is an important part of what makes or breaks a pizza. Their sauce is so good and packs plenty of seasoning- which is what a good pizza sauce should have. I love that the breadsticks had a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese on top. This meal was delicious and worth the price. I'll be sure to try some of their other menu options in the near future! read more

Found these guys while on a business trip via Grub Hub. It was late, snowing and I was tired. This was the only option showing up on Grub Hub so I gave it a chance. This is where it went down hill. First Grub Hub gave them the wrong phone number. They were out of green olives and tried calling me at home and not my cell. Then the driver couldn't find my hotel (see review on Fairfield Inn). Finally, an hour and a half later the driver finds my hotel. Driver was super friendly, but kept trying to ask me about the area. Obviously, I have no clue since I am in town on business and staying in a hotel. So pizza was cold, but I couldn't complain. Got a sweet deal for something like $18. Large pizza, breadsticks and salad. It was all good, just wish I could have tried it all piping hot. read more

I've been getting delivery from here for the last 3 weeks. I don't know who drops off my food but every time I open my box my food is scattered everywhere and there are always missing something. For example I asked for a side of ranch (like I do every day when I order) and a 20oz Pepsi. And guess who didn't get any ranch or pepsi.... Ordered from here and this was probably the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. It was worse than the frozen pizzas you can buy at the gas station. My Chicken BBQ pizza came half cold, with slices on top of one another, AND everything was falling off. On top of that it had little to no taste-I swear it felt like I was eating plain bread. Ordered through GrubHub. Not only did this place take over the "estimated time", but they also gave us the wrong toppings! When I called to tell them, they wouldn't refund, only give us "50% off your next purchase"...like I would order from them again after two negative outcomes! When I decided to just have them remake it, they couldn't promise it would get there very soon, and that we would have to RETURN THE FIRST PIZZA! What are they going to do...sell it? It was their mistake they made the wrong pizza in the first place. I wouldn't eat it (because they made it mistakenly with meat), but my boyfriend could easily start eating while I wait for the one that I ordered. Never ordering from here again. I guess this review starts back in 2014. I came back to the states from 1 year of deployment. I visited my at the time girlfriend and we ordered from our hotel. It took almost 2 hours to recieve our food. Well at least we think it was 2, after about 1 hour and 30 minutes we lost track. They got our order wrong and had to come back. Fast forward to now and me and my Wife are spending time together before I deploy again for another year and we decided to get some Happy's. We waited about 1 hour and 15 minutes before our food arrived. My Wife looked at her food to notice feathers still attached to the chicken. We aren't talking about just a few here and there, we are talking about A LOT of feathers. I don't know how that happens if you clean them but my guess is, someone just does not care or just tried to hurry a situation that doesn't need to be hurried. So we called and they assured us that they cleaned them but they will send us another order and we will just exchange the orders no problem, so we waited almost 2 hours. I called and the first lady said they were on their way with our order. Almost another hour later we called again and some other lady said they thought we said don't worry about the new order the first time we called and complained!! So, uhm what?? We FINALLY got our order in pretty quick fashion but they got our order wrong we got the dinner but never recieved the dinner. Just the chicken. Like it's one of those famous what else could go wrong. The food here is good which is why I give them the one star but customer service is just terrible. read more

Seriously the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant! We placed an order at 8:51pm, they told us it would be here by 9:35pm. At about 10:40 we call to see why we haven't gotten our food and the manager answered. She obviously could careless about customer satisfaction and said she called multiple times on the number we called from, of course not on the number we gave them as a call back number!!! Don't be scared off by the $$$$ rating. Yes, it's more than the Little Cesar's hot and ready, but so worth it. You too will be "Happy" :)

But the delivery driver who brought it was horrible. Complained about how I "left them outside in the cold", and "I'm in the wrong business." even though I never got the call I requested letting me know they were at the door. I live in a building downtown that is locked at all times, and has no buzzer. Which I always inform them of before placing my order. Also the driver didn't have a pen with them (even though I paid on a card beforehand), and somehow made it seem like it was a huuuuuuuuuuge burden to go to the car to get the pen (which probably would have been brought the first time if the driver bothered to read their instructions. Aside from being told what a horrible person I am by the driver, the food was great. Which is why I still give them a 3. If they didn't take my tip on the card when I placed the order the driver would have gotten nothing. read more

Wow! what an experience,, When we ordered our pizza @ 10pm we were told our food was going to be delivered in about 45min. Not too bad considering its Saturday Night. Well, 1 1/2 Hours later I called to ask if the food has left the store with intentions to pick it up myself as the store was only few blocks away. The nice girl that answered tells me she thinks she just saw my order packaged ready for the driver. Ok, no problem I can wait a little longer.. another half hour later!! the food finally arrives and no surprise it was ice cold!! Had I been told the delivery was going to be 1 1/2-2hours I could have at least made a decision that would allow me to get to bed at a decent hour after a long day. Well, when we called to complain, the manager had the audacity to say, "Yeah, Yeah". This is not the first time we have been treated with total disrespect when we call about poor food or service. But, it is definitely the last time! We have been ordering from this location for almost 2 years and for the most part the food has been good, aside from the re-warmed, tough ribs and occasional cold food. The service on the other hand. 100% Garbage!!! Gave them a couple chances over the years because they were the only ones that delivered. EVERY time it was bad...shame on me. But, worst of all is the management...phone personnel don't have a clue as to what's even on the menu, and the drivers show up, well...gonna just leave that alone. The straw was tonight, when a girl called me back after placing my order explaining to me that they didn't have what I ordered. Problem is, they processed my credit card already so I was locked in. This girl was lost when I asked what my options were...didn't have a clue. I said, you know what, just substitute for some garlic bread. She hung up on me confused. Order showed up short, and in a greasy wrinkled bag...and inside was a 2 × 3 piece of foil. The garlic bread was smaller, and almost as thin as a 3 x 5 card.
