Oh my goodness, this was such a mixed bag of misadventures I am sorry many of the reviews are accurate. I do first want to say that the people working here were very personable and friendly and that although mistakes were made, they were a bunch of nice and kind people. We came here to order dinner carry-out. We had never tried this brand, so we had plenty of questions. They offered to give us a sample of the Hawaiian sauce and even gave us very large and crispy chicken strips that were out of this world to try the sauce, so I was super positive about the entire experience. Once we ordered though, they did not indicate it would take almost an hour to finally get our order even though it did not appear that many people were in front of us, so we waited and waited and waited. I would have walked around the complex and come back had I know there was such a wait but instead, I just stood there is a small space. One we finally got our food we arrived home and they forgot an entire order of our wings. Because we had waited so long, and the family was starving, I had to drive all the way there and back to feed the hungry people. We ordered the strips and unlike the samples, the strips were tiny, like half the size of the other ones. Were they two different kinds? They did not even look the same. The wings were tiny, the classic bone-in and the boneless for the money were very small. The sauces were good. I like the Korean, Hawaiian, lemon pepper, and mild buffalo, but there were not mind blowing. Detroit Wing Company sauce was way better and the wings were crispier. The fries were a bit soggy. And all I have heard about was how good the ranch was, but it was not that spectacular. Overall, it was not the best experience and after a lot of time and money spent I will not only not be back to this location, I will probably not be back to Wingstop in general. read more

I have been waiting to try Wingstop so I was excited to do so and my expectations were met! The lemon pepper wings were very good and flavorful and the cajun seasoned fries were a little spicy but good! The wait was kind of long but it was prime dinner time and the service was good (nice and friendly). I will be coming back and just ordering earlier! read more

I'm writing this in hopes of saving at least one of you from this experience. I've visited this Wingstop a few times, and while the service has always been subpar, it was never bad enough for me to feel compelled to leave a review. However, after tonight's visit, I can't stay silent. I placed a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 8:12 PM. I was hosting friends for Monday Night Football, which starts around 8:30. I didn't leave the restaurant until 8:50. While delays happen and they were busy, what really stood out was the attitude and behavior of the staff, it was like a slap in the face. The employees acted as if I was a nuisance for placing an online order, treating me with an air of disdain. One man walked in to order, and the worker behind the counter gave him the most disgusted, distraught look. This should never be acceptable in any establishment. Another employee took phone breaks while seven customers waited for their food. She wasn't wearing gloves, touched her face repeatedly, and then went back to handling the food. I understand that food needs time to cook, but using your phone and touching your face before handling food is completely unprofessional and unhygienic. It felt like I was being punished for ordering food. The staff was angry, lifeless, and unapproachable. I've never felt worse about trying to enjoy a meal. Extremely disappointed. read more

The store hours say they open at 11am. I arrive so I can be the first through the door. The rude lady wouldn't let me in and started saying something through the glass door. Only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is my husband's lemon pepper wings are decent. But when he arrived nobody helped him and instead they helped people that came in after him. They're horrible! They said that my order was ready so I walked in expecting to get it and run out... Of course not. To begin with I had an at least 15 minute wait but on the app my order was ready, secondly I had to wait an extra 5 minutes for them to even give me my drinks. My order was incorrect. The flavor on my chicken tenders were completely wrong. I order garlic parm and they gave me Korean bbq. To add on to that they forgot my fries and didn't give me ANY ranch. Was told 16-21 min wait for a single chicken sandwich. Waited 30 minutes total. I told an employee the name for my online pick-up order and he decided to place my order on the metal wrack behind the counter rather than handing it to me. So I had to wait for the cashier to become available to hand me my single sandwich. Upon opening my wing stop bag at home, I find there is garlic parm on my sandwich instead of the mild sauce that I ordered. To top it all off, they gave another customer the wrong food while I was there and upon "correcting it" they gave her boneless wings instead of tenders. This place is a joke. The two stars are for the food being decent. I do think it's overrated though. For the food alone, we would return. I have to give a low review for our experience today at this location. I placed a carry out order around 1:00 and the quoted time was 16-21 minutes. My husband went to pick up and waited OVER AND HOUR for our food. Service was absolutely awful. Not only was ordering a pain, but we waited nearly 40 minutes for our average sized meals. We thought it couldn't get any worse until we opened the bags and each order had something wrong. Completely off putting. The food was astonishing. The food never disappoints. I would definitely recommend the garlic parmesan wings. The service was nothing special but they did come occasionally to our table. I ordered on Uber eats 1 mild chicken sandwich a regular fry along with 10 wings and a 5 piece corn I received the wrong flavor of chicken sandwich fries were cold and I live close to this wing stop so there's no reason for them to be cold I did not receive my wings nor my corn I paid for 3 ranches I didn't receive none of them my chicken sandwich was also cold I got almost all of my order wrong sandwich I do not recommend this location the one from Rochester is better if you're craving Wingstop I will NOT be ordering from this location ever again and I hope y'all won't either. read more

I walked in and placed my order. The wait was quick. But the service was a bit too aggressive. In that small time I was shouted to across the counter from the kitchen multiple times. It made me a bit uncomfortable although they were friendly. I drove home and unpacked the food. By instinct I throw a fry in my mouth. As I do so I almost spit it out. My fries were soggy and covered in way too much seasoning. I did not take another bite of them. The hickory smoked boneless wings were just mediocre. I love wingstop wings. But I hate going to wingstop. Always takes longer than it should, never get my order all the way right, bad customer service... today, I was actually pleasantly surprised. Food still took longer than I expected but it is a Friday night and I understand a dinner rush! So I can let that go. I mostly want to say I was greeted upon walking in, the people working were generally pleasant and they were extremely pleasant compared to experiences I've had at other wingstops!
