The only thing good about this place is the ability to order online and even when you order online they still fail to get your order correct. The best thing to do is not order here at all or check your food before you pay. Oh, and forget about waiting from them to remake your food. That will take about another 30 to 45 minutes. The customer service here is terrible! Even the co-owner could care less about the customers. They lie about their names when you have a complaint and they are extremely rude to their customers. I will not support any company that lacks customer service. read more

Ya know, pizza/chicken/rib joints are usually a "stay away" for me. These places usually have kids cooking the food, ya don't know how long it's been around or handled, etc., etc. Lots of red flags, if you know what I mean. So I stay away. BUT I can Happily say that the broasted chicken breast dinner (5 chicken breasts) I had for take-out from Happy's Pizza in Wayne, MI was really, really good. So much so that I'm craving it again. It came with bread and fries, both of which I don't eat too much, but I tried the fries and they were crispy and good. I didn't try the ribs or the pizza, but I wouldn't be afraid to at all now. When I walk into a resturant and the kitchen is visible my eyes are focused on cleanliness. This particular Happys looked cleaner then my kitchen. Staff was good and friendly. The food was on point pizza cooked perfect and steaming hot, salad was fresh and crisp, I also tried the ribs mouth watering! If I am ever in this area again I would defiantly come back. read more

I tried to place an order with the app that I have been using for 3 years. Their web service was down and I did not find that out until an hour after I had placed the order. When I called to check to see what was going on I was told that it was MY fault that I did not know this. Then I asked if I placed my order with them if I would get the prices that I get through my app and I was told NO...WAIT, are you kidding me? It is not MY fault that YOUR web services are down, why are you price gouging US for YOUR web service being down? I called back and placed my anyway because that is what my family really wanted, they messed up my order and they only offered to fix my order by making ME PAY THE DIFFERENCE. Mind you, my original order through the app was $32(having received all four items), the messed up order was $35(only receiving 3 items), they want an additional $7 to "fix" THEIR error!! My last few experiences with this Happy's has been subpar, but I do this for a living and am always understanding, to an extent. But, THIS IS BAD MANAGEMENT BOTTOM LINE. I have since then removed the app from my phone and I will never use Happy's again. read more

The food delivery drivers do not wear masks. When I called the store to complain about the driver not wearing a mask, the person who answered the phone admitted to not wearing a mask when she works either. She said that it isn't mandatory. She has to come within 6 feet of people to take money and give people their orders, how is she "socially distancing"? How is she allowed to deal with the public and touch someone's food? I was also told that I should have worn a mask or asked for contactless delivery. I have not ever had to ask for the delivery person to leave the food since Covid started, why would I think that's needed? I thought he rang the doorbell and left, I was surprised to see him standing there holding my pizza. I don't know why I took it from him, but I did, then threw it away. The woman on the phone was rude, argumentative and unapologetic about the fact that she and the delivery person do not wear masks. "Well, did he have the boxes up to his nose?" She asked sarcastically "Well the food is in a box", she explained. Well, that box wasn't 6 feet away from his face and the box can carry germs. The simple fact that they don't wear masks is enough to be upset about, but the horrible treatment by the staff when the lack of masks upset me is unacceptable. read more

I placed an online order, I put in my address to find a store near me and this Happy's came up. So I placed my order and then a minute later I get a call saying they were out of burgers so I had to pick something else, I picked something else and called back to tell them what I wanted instead, the lady said "okay it'll be there in about 30 mins". Over an hour goes by and my food still isn't here, so I called them to ask why it was taking so long and they said that my house was out of their delivery range. I was really frustrated because nobody had mentioned it earlier, the lady who called me to tell me about the burgers didn't even say anything, so I was waiting over an hour for food that wasn't coming. It would have been nice to been told that or to at least get an apology. Terrible customer service. read more

awesome service!!!!!!!! the food is great and my favorite meal is the whole slab dinner!!!!!! it came with fries and moreee and it was all excellent!! the meat is tender and falls rite off the bone!!!!! it's very clean inside and the employees are quick, nice and im always in and out and satisfied! best pizza company in the world better than all the rest that are known in the u.s bar none!!!! i love how this company offers a wide variety of foods to choose from!!!! not just pizza but sandwiches, ribs, chicken and seafood!!! i love you happy's pizzaaaaaaa!!!!!!! you make me happpyyyyyyy!!!!!!! lol i will always continue to keep going back to happy's !!! better than pizza hut and the others. read more
