WOW--what an amazing coffeehouse experience! From the moment you walk in, the aroma and ambience pull you in. The host was incredibly welcoming and took the time to walk me through the menu. I decided on the pistachio latte paired with a pistachio milk cake--both were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend Haraz Coffee House if you're ever in Dearborn, Michigan. A must-visit spot for coffee lovers!

Their desserts here are well presented. We tried a Kunafah style dessert with rose syrup, however, it wasn't my thing. I did like the shabiyat with cheese, then again, who doesn't like Phyllo and cheese? It's just the right amount of cheese and sweetness, adding honey makes it too sweet for me. The next time I would like to try the Bee bite and the Biscoff cheesecake. I got to finally try a couple of their desserts and their Adeni Karan Chai tea. My colleagues had their Haraz coffee, which has the similar unique flavors for a coffee as is in their teas. Their Adeni Karan Chai tea is made with black tea, heavy cream and spices. The spices are familiar, could it be the same key ingredients as in the coffee that makes up their Haraz spices, cardamom, ginger and cinnamon?

I had a nice 1st visit last Saturday. My almond croissant and cappuccino was yummy! My friend was celebrating Ramadan so he was fasting. It is a cafè so seating is a little close. Since it was Ramadan and early afternoon it wasn't too crowded. I really got to enjoy the ambience. Go! P.s. There is 2 entrances... Walking into the parking lot entrance WATCH YOUR STEP! There is a "step down" and I almost fell.

The best latte I've ever had in my life was the iced pistachio latte here .. period.. & I'm a coffee person.. good decorations too ... don't be scared to deviate from ur norm.. saffron latte was good too!!

It was recommended that I go to this coffee spot in Dearborn. It serves coffee and pastries in a very well curated space with a nice product offering. I ordered a pot of the Yemeni tea that I had a cup of earlier at a different restaurant and thought it would be great to have a pot , sit back relax and read some articles. The staff there is so friendly and so approachable they were able to recommend what they offered and explain what was on the menu. Just as I received my pot of tea, it began to thunder and storm and downpour with heavy rain. If you ask me it made the tea taste better. I would definitely advise to go sit down, relax and have a cuppa, a pot , a latte, a pastry , or one of each on the menu at this aesthetically pleasing space. Not to mention the tea was wonderful. I loved the coffee. I'm not as used to the middle eastern flavors, so when they asked if I wanted sugar added, I definitely did. Service was pretty fast. There was a little bit of a wait to get the coffee but overall pretty standard wait time. The interior of the cafe was also beautiful. There are a number of tables for seating where you can just do work. There are also large windows so there's a lot of natural light. A perfect place to be productive and admire both the coffee and the atmosphere.

Slowly making my way through the entire menu - But if it's your first time in here: Order the pistachio latte and ask for it in a glass and stay to drink it. The quality requires this- this is not a "to-go" drink. And order the Rosewater cake

One of my favorite spots for Yemeni coffee. I love the adeni chai and mufawar - both are a must try. They have a nice selection of desserts. We tried the biscoff cheesecake and rose milk cake and loved them both. Service is good and ambiance is very welcoming and warm. I love their outdoor seating in the summers with overhanging lights. Overall would definitely recommend!

I have been wanting to visit Haraz Coffee House for a while and finally made the stop in. I loved the aesthetic and vibe of this place. The ambience of this place is so cozy and cute. Wonderful selection and great customer service. Tried their Adeni Tea, Rosemilk Cake, Honey Comb bread and Coffee. It was all delish! Adeni Tea is to die for. We are coffee lovers but enjoyed every sip of the tea. One of the best tea I've had in a long time. Rosemilk Cake was very smooth and had great flavor. Honeycomb bread was crisp & fresh. They have excellent pastries that are such a treat and the atmosphere can't be beat. Great visit and it was a lovely experience. I suggest to try their Rosemilk cake, it just melts. Already planning another visit soon :). If you are ever nearby I highly recommend you trying out this place!

I have to say that customer service is a huge thing for me when going to any establishment, and this place does not disappoint. Since we are visiting from out of town, I wanted to try as many drinks as we could since I probably would only come a once during my trip. So I got 5 drinks to share among my husband and I, and our two kids, which were the adeni tea, haraz coffee, cappicino, hot chocolate and a mango smoothie . I have to say that I did not like the Arabic coffee and so I was able to switch it out no questions asked for another adeni tea, since i liked that one most. And that makes me a loyal customer for any time I come from out of town. I will make sure to come here. I will definitely come again for that reason alone. The caramel cheesecake was also delicious! I don't know what the other person was talking about about having about having too many Edison bulbs...there's no such thing as too many Edison bulbs! It completely made the esthetic and I thought that the place inside was so cute. I was more careful about it more careful about having a quiet conversation since it seems like most people over there we're working or studying and I did not want to disturb them, the only thing I can think that would make this place perfect as if they had a separate area for people who are working and for people who are having conversations so that we do not bother those who are only there to work. But I have no complaints for this place and wish them the best of luck and their business. I am happy to spend our money here. More places around here need to learn a thing or two from Haraz Coffee House!

A gorgeous coffee shop. I could see this being a great place to do work, catch up with friends, etc. as there are many tables to sit at. I ordered an iced mocha latte, but their menu had stunning Arab coffee drinks that I will definitely come back to try. I do have to say, the mocha was $8 - which is pretty pricey, but their coffee quality makes up for this. I would definitely stop in for a treat here occasionally - I can only imagine how good their recommended signature drinks are. There's a decent amount of parking as well. read more

The flavors of this coffee make the establishment already above average, but the customer service rounds it to perfection. Today, I stopped in for a drink and an employee named Sammy gave us samples of their new iced teas while we were waiting. They were awesome on a hot day, super refreshing. To our man Sammy: you made us feel so welcome and like lifelong friends even though it was our first visit to Haraz! :) Can't wait to come back. read more

We came in as a family group of 6. The man behind the counter correctly identified us as first timers and patiently explained the menu. Beautiful ambiance and delicious coffee and pastries! I've been to this location a few times and have never been disappointed. Their Turkish coffee is perfectly seasoned and not sweet (my personal preference!). Absolutely delicious! There's lots of seating and work space, however this location can often be busy. Service is always very friendly and helpful! read more

I absolutely adore this place. The owner and employees are all so nice and helpful. They have SO many delicious pastry/desserts. Honestly, I've never had so many moist and flavorful cakes. I was so impressed with everything. They have so many authentic drinks here, and let me tell you, their iced hibiscus tea was AMAZING. And my husband liked it as well, who is super picky. Definitely check them out and plan to try so many things. read more

Fantastic service, ambiance and coffee. I got a pour over and they know what they're doing (looked like 5 pour method and they brew strong - I believe it was close to a 80g/liter ratio). My wife got a chai latte and it was made to order on a stovetop with loose leaf. My daughter and wife split a tiramisu and cheesecake, both were great. read more

Everything I tried at Haraz was amazing. The Coffee is amazing and it's authentic Yemeni coffee from the mountains of Haraz in Yemen. Every touch in this coffee shop is amazing . I have been to Haraz Coffee House many times since it has been open. So many good things to say about the cafe- most generous staff, owner himself makes the people feel comfortable (if he is around) and yes, everything on the menu tastes amazing (Yes, I have tried most of them). Recently, tried Rose milk cake and Hibiscus tea (blueberry infused- no added sugar - decaf). I have never had such tasteful Hibiscus tea. And, Rose milk cake was delicious like other milk cakes offered there. Definitely will go again to try both of them. read more

Coming from out of town, we needed some coffee. Found this place last year while we were here and we were impressed with the coffee and the vibe. I Love the atmosphere of this coffee house, the friendly service and the wide variety of coffees and teas they offer. My favorites are the Zafron latte or the cardamom tea. I also had their honeycomb dessert, and it was absolutely delicious. I'm glad I tried this place and will definitely be back! read more

I drove 40 minutes to try this place out and was not disappointed! I went with the saffron milk cake (like a tres leches but not as sweet) and Turkish coffee. I want to go back and try the what appeared to be knafeh cheesecake. I can't wait for them to open in A2! read more

the most beautiful coffee house I have ever seen! I would go there for the atmosphere alone, the interior design is incredible and the music is perfect for studying, chatting with friends, or simply sitting and enjoying one of their delicious menu items. I tried the pistachio latte and the saffron latte and was pleasantly surprised by the unique flavor profiles in each one. The staff was also very polite and helpful. I wish we had a Haraz coffee house in my area, I would make a point to go every week! 1000/10 would recommend to anyone stopping by or visiting or living in the Detroit area. read more

We LOVED Haraz. I am not one to repeat places when on vacation but my boyfriend and I made a second trip to get rose milk cakes and coffee before we headed back home. I had never had Yemeni coffee or pastries before and I am sad I have missed out until now! The Harazi coffee with cardamom was just so good I loved the unique sweet floral notes the cardamom added to my coffee and will certainly attempt to recreate. The chai my boyfriend had was by the best I have ever had. Additionally, the milk cakes were to die for. We had the rose and saffron cakes which were equally delicious. We will definitely be coming back next time we're in town. read more

I absolutely had the best time here! The ambiance and decor was amazing I could spend the whole day there for that alone. They also share information on the walls of the evolution of coffee. Their coffee was delicious and tasted amazing. I had both the Adeni and Iraqi tea and am actually obsessed with both. The cakes were all sooo moist and flavorful. You can tell that the quality here is very high. Everyone was friendly also, I can't wait to go back! read more

Let's firstly start with how adorable Haraz coffee house really is! The building outside and the patio seating are so cute. The inside is such a perfect coffee house vibe. I tried seriously every dessert Snd they were all amazing. My favorites were the pistachio cake and the pumpkin spice cakes. I also had a Haraz latte which was amazing. I don't get out to Dearborn a lot but I will for sure make a special trip to head here! read more

I would like to start off by saying that I would not be surprised if there are 30 five star reviews after this one on here because that seems to be the trend on google, friends and family leaving non-genuine ratings. I visited the store twice and heard the owner asking for 5 stars multiple times. It seems like he was more focused on his ratings than making coffee correctly to actually earn them. The place has nice decor, seating and parking - the atmosphere is well lit and I like the glass windows for a coffee shop. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the coffee. The mocha latte I ordered was watered down to the point where I could not even tell it was coffee. I kind of saw it coming when I saw all of the baristas work in what I would call disorientation or panic, like they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Clearly undertrained or do not carry the experience necessary to make "premium" coffee. The adani tea and mufawar was just horrible. I just wanted to go behind the counter and make it myself when I literally watched the owner not even let the mufawar boil over, ironic. I really wanted to see this place thrive and improve the drinks because people aren't going to come in to stare at the lights. I drove from Ann Arbor to try this coffee shop and there are really good coffee/tea places around so there is no room for a lacking product. read more

Saw that you got visited by "First Amendment Auditors" a couple of weeks ago. I've always enjoyed coming in for cup when I'm in town, which isn't often anymore. I'd recommend just loudly playing a Taylor Swift or Metallica song from your speakers next time around, or privacy striking their Youtube channel when they photograph you or your employees without permission. They really hate that. Love your sense of rhythm, but next time, use more Cowbell. ;) read more

Oh my gosh - by far the most delicious iced mocha latte and caramel latte EVER! This is a great spot for delicious lattes and traditional Yemeni coffee. I love the ambience and they did a really great job with the magnificent detailing work inside and outside. Visited Haraz today while here from Dubai. The decor the design is honestly stunning. I only see similar in Dubai. I had the Haraz Latte and my sister had the Saffron Latte. Both were 10/10. We also had the Rose Milk Cake and Saffron milk cake. read more
