Haraz Coffee House in Pembroke Pines/Silver Lakes is absolute perfection and easily one of the most unique spots in the area. I can't believe it took me this long to stop in, but I'm so glad I did! I ordered a Matcha latte with coconut milk and it was delicious--smooth, rich, and perfectly made. Right after I got my drink, I noticed they have a "ginger milk" on the menu (a blend of ginger, honey, and cream) that I'll definitely be going back for, as well as their "Matcha Clouds," which feature flavored foams and shots. As great as the drinks are, the real stars of the show here are the pastries and cakes. A friend who frequents Haraz told me they have hands-down the best Nutella croissant around, and they weren't exaggerating. Unlike other bakeries that just give you a tiny squirt of filling, this croissant is generously packed with real Nutella. and if you ask them to heat it up, they will so no stale croissants here. While I couldn't sample the cakes on this visit, they look incredible--everything from a passionfruit cake to a baklava cheesecake. They also offer savory options like meat pies, alongside an impressive selection of traditional Turkish coffees and teas. I stopped by on a Friday night and there was a brisk, energetic crowd, but plenty of seating options. The front area has classic tables, while the back features a super cozy setup with comfy chairs and sofas. I've heard weekends get busy, which isn't surprising at all for a gem like this. I would make one suggestion - my friend wanted something that was not caffeinated and they had no decaffeinated teas. This seems a little bit like an oversight and easily remedied. I'll definitely be back soon to work my way through the cake and pastry display and try those meat pies! Came here because we wanted to try out this "hot & new" spot in our area. I will say, after our first visit, we immediately wanted to come back! Hubby got an Iced Adeni (haraz spiced cold brew) and I got the Cloud Pistachio Matcha. Both were reeeeally good and didn't need any altering (especially since I'm sensitive to very sugary drinks). As for food, we got the Honey Bites, Baklava Cheesecake, and the Arab Beef Pie. All were 10/10 bites! I might want to order the Baklava cheesecake for my birthday... hint hint to the hubs lol. And yes, we came a second time in less than a week to try some more! We got the Cloud Banana Matcha and the Cloud Dragonfruit. Both were pretty good! Just stopped by Haraz on the way home and tried a chicken puff and a mango matcha latte with almond milk. I've passed by a few times but it was my first time ordering something. This place can get very busy especially in the evening but it has a very busy and exciting energy and seems like a great place to hang with friends and family. The matcha was not my favorite, but the chicken puff was delicious. They have a wide variety of pastries, desserts and drinks to choose from and have plenty of seating inside. Every employee that I spoke with was also very kind but kept working to make sure everyone was being served in a timely manner. This is a really cool spot that opened about a month ago in the Pines area and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to try. read more

First time coming to Haraz Coffee and I have to say it was a hit for my family and me. My partner got a salted caramel latte and said it was perfect, with the ideal sweet to strong coffee ratio. My son chose a mango iced matcha and his comment was that it was delicious and you could truly taste the mango. As for me, I went a little out of my comfort zone and chose a saffron latte. I can proudly say I loved it. I was a little nervous because I've only ever had saffron in food and never in coffee, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. It had a fruity, nutty flavor and the honey was the perfect compliment. The staff was super sweet and helpful while taking our orders. The coffee house itself is very aesthetically pleasing and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I especially loved the mural on the wall and the decor throughout the space. Wow. I am so impressed with this coffee shop. I tried their banana latte and it was AMAZING. So good! I have been seeing this place a lot on social media and needed to try it. The actually ambience is okay I've definitely been to better/cuter coffee shops with a cuter aesthetic. But their coffee was amazing! I tried a sip of their mango dragonfruit refresher that was also good too and I also tried some savory dishes the meat patty, spicy kebab sandwich, tandoori empanada. They were all good! My least favorite was actually the dessert which was an Oreo tre leches but I think I'm personally not a big tres leches fan. I need to maybe go back and find a new dessert that can be my go-to. There are a lot of nuts in the desserts and having a nut allergy I'm a little bit cautious and limited on that. But I'm sure they do have amazing ones for people's taste. Was in the area and decided to check out a coffee place I have not been to and decided on Haraz as the reviews online have been stellar. It's located in the front of a plaza with ample parking. Upon arriving you could feel the culture it was inspired by immediately as it is guided by Yemeni coffee culture and heritage. Brown hues used throughout the store with gorgeous decor on the wall throughout the shop. The staff were really polite and ready to assist. So I took the plunge and decided to get an iced pistachio latte and a potato puff to start with. I'll tell you this much, the coffee was out of this world for me in flavor and the potato puffs... I could literally hear them in its casing calling me inviting me for more or so my head thought! I will surely be back to try their delectable bakery options as they have everything from samosas, to a variety of cakes, croissants and more. We opted for some strawberry cake some of the fruit desserts, a strawberry Matcha and a latte. My issue was the wait time for the order which took around 11 minutes, but they were very busy. As for coffee I chose the banana latte and I ordered the caramel frappe without the whipped cream for my mom. I tried my mom's coffee and hers tasted much better. I didn't like my banana latte and asked the associate if I can get the same coffee as my mom and he was very nice and changed it. As for the dessert I had the bee bite bread and the Biscoff sponge cake. I would've loved the bee bite better if it wasn't soaked with honey. The honey over powered the bread. The Biscoff sponge cake didn't taste good and the cookie was soggy and I didn't taste the cookie at all. The dessert were like $8 each and the ones I chose were not worth the price. The coffee was delicious but I would recommend to share it with someone because they are a big cups. I really would like to try the other coffee and matcha drinks. Wonderful coffee shop with plenty of seating and unique options to choose from. A bit loud inside, so I probably wouldn't go to do work. But I ordered an iced matcha and loved it. I also ordered a hazelnut mosaic, which was described as chocolate cake with cookies and whatever other filling (e.g. hazelnut), but I would say that it's closer to fudge. Regardless, it was quite tasty. The staff also were handing out samples of pastry called something like "bee bites." I tried the chicken pie, beef puff, spinach pie, and their iced Haraz latte. The chicken pie and beef puff were amazing, easily my favorites and definitely something I'll be coming back for. The environment was also perfect for getting work done. They have Wi-Fi, plenty of seating, and just a really good atmosphere overall. What really stood out though was the hospitality. When I was cleaning up to leave, Ahmed (I'm assuming an owner or manager) noticed I had barely touched my coffee and asked if I liked it. I told him honestly that it just wasn't for me. He noticed I hadn't mixed it and suggested I try it again after stirring it first. I didn't really think it would do much. Completely changed the drink. Once mixed, the flavor profile was actually REALLY good, even better than my usual go to's at other spots, and I ended up taking it to go. But what stood out was how invested he was. I could tell it wasn't a customer service facade, he genuinely wanted me to have the best experience possible, and told me if I still did not enjoy the drink, he would gladly get me something else. I've genuinely never had that kind of interaction at a coffee shop before. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better customer service. I sat for about three hours and got a ton of work done with my sister-in-law and one of my friends.
