Met up with my Book Club at this location on a Saturday. It was pretty busy, but we were able to get a big table. It wasn't too loud in there either so we were able to have a good conversation. They have coffee, tea and specialty drinks. The pastries are amazing. They also have some savory sandwiches. I ordered the banana cloud Matcha. Perfection! The banana flavor was so good. For my pastry I had the muska. It was stuffed with pistachios. It is basically a baklava with filling of pistachios.It is a little bit on the sweet side so you might not be able to finish it in one sittin or you can share Everyone was super nice. It was always busy at the register, but it seemed to go by very quickly and your drinks came out fast. They do have a drive-through. Parking is available on site but shared with the other businesses. You will not have a problem finding parking though. read more

I was fully prepared to give this place 5 stars because the ambience incredible, service 10/10, coffee & drinks 12/10 but our desserts were disgusting. I don't even want to use that word but they were. Starting with the good, our drinks were incredible. I love the flavor profiles especially with their spice blends. I would honestly argue that this is one of the best coffee shops in San Antonio. My frappe was so good and not overly sweet like it would be at Starbucks or any other competitor. My husbands cold brew was smokey, cinnamon, nutmeg, fall warmth in a cup and was so delicious we're thinking about going back tomorrow. On to the desserts... I don't even know where to begin. There's a powder on the outside of the strawberry one that after washing my hands three times and brushing my teeth twice my hands and teeth are still stained red. The blueberry one tasted like dirty dish water it actually made my mom throw up. The banana one actually tasted like fresh banana but the cream was so clumpy, I couldn't even take another bite. The only tolerable one was the apple and even then the middle reminded me of my daughter's apple sauce pouches and the food coloring (we guess) taste on the outside really just ruins it. Please don't let this deter you from coming to this place because everything else is top notch but I would never, ever get any of their pastries again. The 4 we got was around $40 and it literally went straight into the garbage. Hate to give the 3/5 but unfortunately the desserts were too bad to give anything higher. read more

I was here this past weekend with a friend and wanted to try it. Inside was very nice and loved the design. Very pretty and the place was well kept and clean. The ladies that took our order were very nice and patient with us as we were getting familiar with our menu. They were even nice enough to sweetened one of our drinks when my friend didnt like it much. Very good customer service for sure. I ended up getting this cloud lotus coffe drink which was delicious. It wasn't overpowering with coffee or too sweet. Plus was very pretty drink. I had also ordered a few desserts and got to admit the tiramisu was my favorite. I also did enjoy the bear mousse dessert too and was cute. I did also try this bee bread on the side. It had cream cheese and honey on top and was not too bad. Overall was a good experience. Be aware can get expensive depending what you order but worth trying. read more

When I went to try out Haraz Coffee I knew that I wanted to try the banana ice latte. It was just amazing so many different flavor profiles. I could taste the chocolate banana it also had chunks of bananas in it. It didn't need any extra sweetener no sugar nothing it was made perfectly and the barista her name was Kristan , she was so nice. Explained everything on the menu. I enjoyed talking with her getting to know her. This location is not out of the way. It's in a very good area where you can swing in pick you up a nice coffee or stay inside enjoy the Wi-Fi the ambience and make a few new friends. While I was inside, I met another yelper and she was the sweetest thing ever just a gorgeous young lady. I enjoyed meeting her. Yelp continues to bless me with amazing friends, camaraderie( fellow coffee drinkers) , and the best food and drinks a girl could ask for. read more

This cafe is amazing! This was our first time going to a Haraz in Texas. The staff was definitely way more friendly than other places. Their chai is absolutely delicious. The inside decor is incredible. It gives the vibes of what you would expect in a Middle Eastern country. First off, this place is beautiful! I've been wanting to try this place and finally got around to even though it's a bit of a drive for me and it didn't disappoint. All their cakes and pastries looked beautiful and yummy! I ended up ordering their caramel latte, peach mousse, and biscoff matcha cloud. Everything was great! I got to try my friend's pistachio baklava and it was amazing too! My daughter got one of their lemonades but I didn't get toThe service was excellent. The ladies were so nice and just helpful. Great atmosphere elegant and modern reminds me of champagne! Very well laid out with good space and clean lines that add peace to the environment. Friendly staff and eye appealing desserts that make you want to eat with your eyes. Feels like food porn! Banana latte had fresh banana in it and had a rich banana taste to it, definitely savory. The walnut baklava was my bite and it had a nice sweet honey taste yet the walnut flavor came through as well. I purchased mango mousse cake and that was artsy but very flavorful and an art-filled oral experience as well. The mousse was very tasty and the outer part is some sort of thin chocolate cake maybe but beautiful just like a mango. Next time, I'll try the strawberry oh and when you enjoy your beverage there and your treat, they're served in beautiful glass mugs and treats on a plate. Visited Haraz today and man! Was I impressed, absolutely stunning coffee house with a plethora of menu options for your many moods and cravings. They have so many coffee and matcha options, it was so hard for me to pick so we ended up trying a few different choices. I had the Adeni Chai and the Harazi Mufawar as well as the Mango Cloud Matcha. Each one was so flavorful and delicious, made carefully and you could tell they were all elevated specialty drinks. The Mango Cloud Matcha was refreshing, fruity, and light. Super delicious and different from the normal matcha drinks out there. I'm not a typical fan of matcha, but the cloud mango simply elevates the matcha and works as a fruity and sweet blend paired beautifully with the earthy matcha. It's one of their specialty drinks, but if you ask me, everything looks worth trying. The Adeni chai was sweet, creamy and had a rich blend of spices. It's something you gotta experience first hand. It's definitely something to sit with and enjoy with a dessert and conversation. It's definitely chai tea based but the spices they add packs a flavorful twist that's super enjoyable. The Harazi was more your typical stronger coffee drink. It was strong, smooth and had a bitter taste but in no way was it a bad taste. This is for your real coffee lovers and it packs a good punch of flavor for your caffeine needs. Now the desserts were all next level. The pistachio milk cake was like a tres leches cake, and it was definitely worth trying. Super fresh and packed with that pistachio flavor, spongy with the milk cake and was a cold/sweet contrast to have with hot coffee. They balanced each other out nicely and are worth a try. My favorite was the bee bites dessert. It's basically a sweet, soft pull apart bread roll, with honey coated on the bottom and cream cheese in the middle. It was also sprinkled with these black seeds (I believe cardamom) which added a savory taste on top of the sweetness from the bread. All desserts are made in house and are absolutely worth the price. If you go and visit, you have to try the bee bites, they're a must to go with your drink, especially if it's a coffee or hot drink. Think of it as your typical donut with coffee, but this is homemade, dense, sweet and savory, all rolled into one. I'd take it over a donut any day! The interior and aesthetic of the restaurant are absolutely stunning! Gold logo with a gold trim and gold borders on the tables. Beautiful lights and tall windows, it's honestly the best looking coffee house that I've ever been in, and you can tell they put effort into the design and pay attention to detail. There's definitely not a shortage of coffee spots in SA, but don't miss out on Haraz. They're worth the trip and a must try, especially if you want to try something new and get away from all the other typical menus out there. I'm extremely impressed and will definitely be back to explore their menu some more. I can't wait. If it's up to me, this is the only spot I want my coffee or sweet treat from going forward.
