We always drive by and the little blow up guy out front is what brought us here and this place was awful. First the drive thru is in an awful spot and most of the screens weren't working/ you couldn't read them with the awful glare. I will say they were very friendly (why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) and we got our coffees fast but they were atrocious. I don't like to use such a harsh word but the pumpkin spice latte literally tasted like dirt. Literal potting soil mix. I ended up tasting my husband's cold brew to compare and that was the problem, the coffee. His cold brew was the worst possible cold brew we've ever had. It tasted like dirty dish water with this weird spice or whatever that was not complimentary to the drink. It was about $16 for the two drinks and they both went straight to the trash. I sadly would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. read more

For a short amount of time we continued to visit this shop it's just gotten more mediocre. The drinks started tasting less flavorful unless you ask for extra (which obviously they will charge more) on top of raising their prices. They have upped the prices of there drinks making it not worth it anymore. Service is still alright and the inside still clean but not worth it. I got a chai and I couldn't even drink it I was so shocked at the difference in taste. Downhill! Very unfortunate. The coffee I made at home was way better and it wasn't $10. I stopped by Qargo for a cup of coffee and am not sure how I feel about it. As someone who is used to dark roast coffee, I don't think Italian coffee is for me. I got the *Nutty Nitro + Oat Milk and my boyfriend got the *Iced Pumpkin Pixie Latte + Soy Milk. For some reason both of coffees tasted a bit sour? I'm not sure if it's the type of beans used here or maybe we just ordered the wrong things but it made our coffees extremely difficult to finish. The girl at the register was happy to answer questions and the inside of the shop was beautiful. I'll probably come back to study and just order a regular latte. read more

Italian leaning coffee and sandwich shop. Modern and bright inside, with cool illuminated wall sculpture. On my visit the cash register operated by a pre-teen; I guess he was having fun. Busy drive thru. Lots of hot or cold drink choices. Very good coffee, not too strong or bitter. Unfortunately the frappe was not good, just flavored water, as if they forgot to put in ice. Stopped by Qargo Coffee to grab some coffee and get some work done. Upon entering they have a long walkway with several seating areas. The gentleman taking my order was friendly and explained the drink options. I ordered the Crema Canela iced latte. So delicious! Loved the flavor. In addition to coffee flavored drinks they have smoothies, juices and energy drinks as well as breakfast sandwiches and pastries. The seating areas all had outlets near them which was convenient. This place is on point with their pricing! A 32 ounce drink for the price of a normal starbucks drink is amazing. It tastes great and it you can add whatever you want to the drinks if you prefer. What a neat café! Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here! My fiancé and I stopped into Qargo Coffee to escape the miserable weather outside and this experience definitely lifted our spirits. I absolutely LOVED the aesthetic; the chic urban lighting and multitude of plants created such an awesome place to chill out with a delicious pastry or get some work done with a cup of coffee. The barista who took our order was so cheerful and extremely helpful, and our order came out relatively quickly after we sat down. We ordered a couple of Winterberry Matcha Lattes (mine with Almond milk), a Spinach and Feta Danish, and a Pistachio Cheesecake. To start, the Matcha Lattes were both pretty yummy, though I was they were hotter. They were just warm, which was fine, but the heat did leave quicker than I could finish my latte leaving me with a room-temp latte towards the end. The Winterberry gave a nice subtle sweetness to the drink without drowning out the matcha flavor, so the flavors were able to blend nicely. The Spinach and Feta Danish was good but nothing special. There was far more pastry than filling, so if you want a heartier meal I'd probably recommend one of their sandwiches; those things looked massive! As for the Cheesecake, it was so delicious but SUPER sugary sweet! It was exceptionally creamy with a light nutty taste and sweet tanginess, but I'm happy my fiancé and I opted to split it because I would've gone into sugar overload eating it alone! I'd definitely like to return to Qargo to try one of those sandwiches or something else just as delicious looking from their menu. I think I'll ask for my next Matcha Latte extra hot so I can get it to a temperature closer to my liking. If you're in the area, give this café a try! read more

Beautiful lighting. I appreciated the hooks for your purse/bag beside the table. The black coffee was delicious, some coffeeshops house blend makes me wince but no complaints here. I was so excited to try out this coffee spot after coming across a video on social media. I love the environment of the cafe, the inside looks so modern and gives a very futuristic vibe. Was in the area this weekend and thought I'd give this place a try. I ordered a Mocha latte and. Special drink I cannot remember what they called it. It had caramel, milk, and cinnamon. I went inside to order the drive through seemed a little busy. The inside are was well decorated and clean. They even have a yeti bowl at the door for animals to drink water! I waited 6 minutes for 2 drinks. Seemed like it was a long wait for what I got, but it gave me time to take pics and check out the place. Took the drinks home and drank them once I got home. They were not that warm, and we do not live far from the coffee shop. We didn't get to try any pastry's as they were out today. I would go back and try their drip coffee but the caramel drink I had gotten was a little too sweet/rich. read more

We stopped by the cafe to try something new. The entrance is not designed to handle a drive through line as the location is on a corner lot, even though the cafe is promoting their drive through. The inside of the cafe is nicely decorated and clean; we went ahead and ordered but it took some time for the cashier to locate items on the order screen. I ordered a rose matcha latte and my husband ordered a sugar free vanilla latte; unfortunately the drinks were both bland. Unsure if the syrups they use are not that concentrated or if the barista forgot to include the syrups. Some of the food menu items look good, so we may try giving that a chance. But otherwise, I don't think we'll stop by again. read more

Having watched this go from an empty dirt lot to a modern new coffee shop was cool to anticipate! I went in to check it out and was greeted promptly by two friendly baristas. I choose to try a drip hot coffee and an iced latte. The coffee is fresh and smooth, the food and pastries looked decadent and appeasing and I'll be sure to come back to try those. Very neat and clean sitting spaces, I did notice the drive thru window is WAY higher than it should be for the passing of hot beverages and looks uncomfortable for the cashier to have to stretch over to do transactions. We stopped by this morning since we were looking for a new place in our area that we hadn't tried and found this non chain (or new to us) place to try! We had our dog with us so opted for the drive through. We had the seasonal gingerbread drink and one of their local San Antonio drinks. Both were delicious! Great coffee flavor profile as well! The cashier was so kind and helpful with questions and even complimented our dog and provided a pup cup! Only reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because of price. We spent about ~17 dollars with tip for 2 coffees. Will definitely be back to try other coffees, but not too frequently as it's not the most budget friendly option. read more

Coffee is good but not the place to get pastries. $5 for an eclair I expected it to be amazing but I was very disappointed. It was so small, not much flavor, and worse of all it was freaken cold! I'm guessing it's not made in house and gets delivered frozen. The eclair was almost frozen inside. Also purchased an over priced $5 muffin and it was decent but would buy again, especially that expensive. Just stick to the coffee. They take a long time but the coffee taste good. read more

They hand me the drink with almost three inches empty on top. I politely asked the employee to pls add more almond milk and this is what she hands me. Unacceptable. The coffee here is honestly good and the pastries are really yummy too. I'd love to come more often just for that. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently slow and pretty frustrating. It takes a long time just to get someone to take your order, and there's a lot of "let me check if we have that." It feels like ordering is a chore for the staff.
