The variety of sauces is plentiful and has the right amount of sweetness if you're ever looking for a sweet treat. They have so many toppings and sizes to choose from, my favorites have been pistachio and lotus biscoff, and can't go wrong with the cinnamon sugar ones! They also sell some pretty good gelato! Owners and staff are extremely friendly and gave me some background history which was cool. The desserts come out fast too! It's a food truck so remember you'll be outdoors. It comes out to about $10 for taiyaki with filled ice cream or $5 for just plain taiyaki. A fun little cafe and the matcha is lightly flavored with a tiny hint of bitterness, soft serve, and similar to Japanese style. It is not as strongly flavored as other Japanese-origin matcha ice cream chains. Taiyaki was perfectly crispy and good. Note that the center of the ice cream in the cup portion is empty but the taiyaki itself is filled with ice cream.
