Now I know why they call and pressure you to send in your pay-off amount before you get there, so they can lower their offer to barely above what you owe. I guess they think everyone is so desperate to sell their cars that they will take any offer. I have a 2 year old car with only 8,600 miles on it in perfect condition and they dropped their original offer from $27,600 to $20K because that is what I owe on it. This is my 2nd very bad experience with them as they did it to my husband several months ago as well.

On the phone they told me they were just going to crush it, so why would that even matter? They lied--they were going to strip it and sell anything they could, including the tires and rims which were near new and worth almost $400. I didn't care, but we had a deal for $150 and I believe they never were going to honor that price in the first place. Total bait and switch. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. The dispatch was so nice and friendly and told me to turn my flashers on and that he is sending a driver right the way. The tow truck driver Danny arrived really fast and it took him literally 2 min to load my Volvo on his truck. On our way to the dealership Danny offered me bottle of water and made me feel really comfortable. I want to thank the driver and the dispatch for being so helpful in such a difficult situation.
