The air guns have been unavailable on multiple visits, and during my most recent wash, my front windshield was not dried at all after going through the tunnel. After parking to vacuum my car, I tried two different vacuums on each side of the vehicle and both had very weak suction. I've also noticed that when vehicles are especially dirty, there is no pre-rinse or hose-down before entering the wash, which makes it difficult for the wash to fully clean the car. For the price being charged, I expected all advertised amenities and equipment to be functioning properly and the overall quality of the wash to be more consistent.

I've had my car detailed here in the past, etc. Today I was quoted $550 because I needed the carpet cleaned due to me spilling something. When I laughed at the manager's audacity to charge such an outrageously high price, he told me there were two general wash options: $30 and $50. I asked for my mats to be washed. Advertised was $40/4 mats. He said mine would be $80/4 mats because they "weren't rugs", even though mine are rugs. I just didn't have the energy to fight with him, and I genuinely just didn't understand what he was saying. He also added an unadvertised SUV fee of $10. For a grand total of $140. And my car is still dirty. There are dirty spots that weren't wiped clean inside the vehicle. Dirt around my windshield and back windshield. lol. He was also standing intimidatingly nearby the sweet man who delivered my car to me, watching over the transfer, so I didn't feel comfortable to share with the worker why I wasn't happy spending $155 with tip and still having a dirty vehicle. This is my local car wash. Literally can walk to it from my house. I'm sad I cannot no longer support this local business. I hope the managers get some sense in them, lower their prices, and return their service to the previous quality they once had. I may return if that happens. Otherwise, another loss for South Torrance.

The hand wash was super detailed -- no rushed job, no missed spots. My car came out looking brand new, inside and out. You can tell they actually care about the work they do. But the real standout was the headlight restoration. My headlights were cloudy and dull before, and now they're crystal clear -- huge difference both visually and for night driving. This place is awful. Came here a total of two times and won't be going back. Got a premium wash for…read moremy wife's car and they did almost nothing to clean it. As they were pulling into the wash, they ran over the guard railing with my car and smashed up their own equipment, parts flew everywhere. When I came out to inspect the damage they said that they're not sure what happened and weren't able to articulate what broke. For now it seems like nothing broke on my car, but that remains to be seen after some drive time. After the wash, they signalled they were done, and that's when I found out they didn't clean the trash or vacuum the interior of the car, I had to bring it back around to their vacuums after they claimed they were finished and told them to finish the job. When I asked for a refund the manager said they did their job and that there would be no refund and then tried to sell me a detail and wax job. That's when I had to point out how many spots were left on the car with dirt or bird crap, with streaks all over the windows and interior and asked why I would trust them to do any other work on my car when they can't even do the bare minimum of what they were asked to do in the first place? Absolute joke of a business. HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place.

I got the $20 wash and it was decent since my vehicle had been pretty dirty from the rain the last few weeks. The wheel and tire cleaners were just ok. Didn't really do much and I'll probably stick to the basic wash next time if I come back. The vacuums are strong and there's plenty of bays. They didn't give you anything like a towel or like an interior wipe with the wash, but they probably do that with the top-tier wash since I saw the wipes there. It's in the same parking lot at a gas station and donut shop. Decent wash but still searching for a quick drive thru that won't scratch the paint as bad as the plastic bristles do.

I finally got a hold of a manager who was able to find the correct active account--apparently there were two accounts with my name in the system that the staff failed to properly identify and cancel. I was told by staff back in March to dispute the transactions, which the merchant rejected. I am out $80 from this continued negligence and poor customer service for a membership I requested cancellation for back in December 2025. 3/30/2026 I hate to write 1 star reviews for any business, but unfortunately this is an unethical business. I requested a cancellation of my car wash membership back in December 2025. I continued to get charged. When I went back in March 2026 to ask for a refund for 3 months of continued charges, staff confirmed a cancellation note was entered but never processed. The staff member also said the owners do not give refunds and would call me to offer an exchange of service, like full detailing. They never called. No confirmation of the cancellation request both times. The staff said to try and call the credit card company to dispute the transaction because people have better luck with that. This response only affirms that multiple people must have the same issues attempting to cancel their car wash membership. This service is terrible and unethical, which is unfortunate because their car wash machine was good.
