I purchased a luxury suv and wanted a hand car wash. Although the customer service is pleasant and the facility is clean and organized the quality of the work is not commensurate with the $45.00 fee. I understand car washing is physically taxing and no wash via machine or by hand is 100% perfect. I completely expected my car to be clean. I had to walk around my car and point out dirt that was missed on the hood, bumpers and fenders. My windows were not completely cleaned. Some areas on my windows I didn't notice until I stopped at the store immediately after the car wash. Needless to say they will not get $45.00 out of me again. I will stick with the drive thru for my 2015 Kia Optima. My new car will need hand washing somewhere else. Totally not worth the cost and the $10.00 tip. Very disappointed as I had high expectations since I've been coming to this car wash for years and thru the change of ownership. Extremely disappointed with the service today. I came in at 8 AM on a Tuesday and there were four employees working on my SUV, yet my trunk was not vacuumed at all and there was still dirt and stains inside the car. It honestly looked almost the same as before the wash. I've had much better experiences here in the past, so this was very disappointing and unacceptable for a paid car wash service. This car wash has gone all the way down. I started coming here some years back because Dominguez Car Wash was no good. Now they're both horrible. I don't know which is worse between the inside cleaning and vacuuming or the outside wipe down. My car was super spotty on the hood and spots were on the doors before I drove off. The inside looked like the work of a child. My seats still had little bits of paper and tissue. My dashboard was evident of water stains. The cup holder must've been skipped altogether because it was dusty. The top was still sticky from spilled soda that I tried cleaning myself. At this point, I can do a better job washing my own car and using a regular vacuum hose from the house. read more

Horrible!!! I'm new to the area and decided to come to this car wash. The staff was unfriendly and rude. They did a rush horrible job and was very overpriced. My truck was still dirty and had crumbs all over it. I paid over $35 and it had no wax or shine!!! I told the person in charge so he told a new guy to clean it and it was the same result. To make things even worst the guy put my keys on my tire and run them over! Worst experience I ever had at car wash!!! Everyone that was there was complaining about their car still not being clean!!! Horrible experience, brought my Lexus in to the roundabout where you check in, and to describe it as discrimination is an understatement! I get whistled at to move forward, followed by the clerk telling me the only service that they had was 160$ when the basic services were 20+ dollars and up. After the cars finished with its cleaning the guy waved me down and I sit in, he stares at me with his hand out making the gesture to give him something. He then goes "no tip where receipt" I say oh my bad and dig it out my pocket, once I get it and hand it to him he searches high and low on the receipt leaving my door open, and then looking at me up and down as if it's not my car. NOT TO MENTION THE WINDOWS ARE SO SMUDGED AND FILTHY ON MY CAR IN THE INSIDE. I PAID 60$ FOR A JOB I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF. Also I put 2 individual dollar bills in the side compartment of my door, and you said it their magically gone. So, I will admit. It's been at least a couple of years since I got a car wash. I will also admit it's really not my thing, not really sure why, even more so when the pandemic rolled around. And then one day, I decided to just shove all that to the side and finally get this baby cleaned! The closest car wash near home shut down - I'm sure it's COVID-19 related - and since I was running errands around this area and with lots of time to spare, perfect timing. And even more perfect when I pulled up and I was next in line. As expected, staff tried to sell me some of their products. Seriously, I just needed a regular wash, didn't really need none of that. I was in and outta there in 30 minutes max. Car looked decent, but they missed tons of spots on the wheels. I wasn't sure what the rush was, they weren't crowded or anything. I paid for the Platinum Detail ($299.99) but the end result was not premium whatsoever. This was my first time getting my car detailed, so honestly, I didn't know what to expect. All I know is that I was not satisfied. 1. I noticed that my air vent grill was broken, and someone tried to put it back/hide it to make it seem like everything was okay (pictured) 2. All of my floor mats had this white residue that would not come off (pictured). Maybe they didn't neutralize whatever soap they used to clean them? 3. The cupholder crevices were still lined with gunk, maybe I am being too critical but I thought this is what a car "detail" was all about, the small stuff. Especially with the price that I paid. 4. It looked like they wiped all the plastic surfaces with a dirty rag, leaving streak marks all over the place (stereo and navigation screen). 5. On the other hand, textured surfaces were left very greasy and it appeared as if they put leather polish as their go to cleaning solution. Everything was super shiny and felt very sticky to touch/drive for at least 3 weeks. Just because it's glossy, doesn't mean that it's clean. 6. I completely emptied my car and trunk except for a jackstand handle that I kept for emergency tire changes thinking they would just leave it there. I was wrong and didn't notice that it was taken out by the time I got home (in LA). Not sure what I was expecting, but this wasn't it. I cannot recommend this detailing service to anyone. read more

They need to learn to clean and vacuum a car. It's a car wash business! I knew the service would be bad because the worker was done too quick. And I have an SUV. Sure enough. I inspected the car. The inside had not been wiped down, like AT ALL!! The trunk area was not vacuumed. I basically just paid for them to run it through the machine, dry it and lightly vacuum the inside. This is the first car wash I've been too that doesn't even bother to clean inside and I paid for their 3rd most expensive package. Not even the basic package. There were like 10 cars in line and I was told that their converter was not working so cars were not moving.I was told that it will take 20 minutes to fix. So I waited and after 30 minutes still not fixed.2 cars left and I left also. Unfortunately, I've tried to give this business a try twice. Both times my car was not cleaned properly. The outside was still dirty and it didn't even appear there was a true attempt the clean the inside. I personally don't feel it's worth the time or money. First time coming and will be last time, service when pull up was unfortunately delayed no one there. When I was attended they wanted to me get a wax for 100$ and the guy said he will give 50$ off next time what up charge for a wax. Then he offer to spray wax when I was confused because my was getting the top wash 32.99 and i said no wax. Than when I ask for cream inside the car make it shine he went saying 30$ for it I was what? Most place it's 15-12$ which I will go back. This place was terrible. Their automatic washing machine doesn't work. It stops spinning halfway and barely touches the car. They claim that the car was "too dirty". What?!?! It's city dust and dirt, no one goes mudding out here. They push for the hand wash which is overpriced. Don't fall for this scam. Better yet, don't even bother going at all. read more

They do good work on the cars except for vacuuming and the monthly plans are worth purchasing but the cashier Layo has a very bad attitude and is rude. If we bring our issues up to the supervisor (blue shirts) they usually make sure things are to our satisfaction. We are regular customers so most of the staff know us. read more

A bit disappointed at the results. It's been awhile since I got a car wash because of mom life and my car has been so dirty. I paid a little extra thinking my car would be decent. As soon as I looked inside it looks like all they did was vacuum. There were still milk stains on the side of the door. I posted a photo of my center glove compartment like is was not touched at all. I give it to them they did good on the vacuuming but I really wanted the inside to be cleaned a lot better. I even asked the worker to clean the spots I found, but I feel like I shouldn't have to tell them. I still tipped, but would rather go somewhere where I don't need to finish up their job. read more

I had 3 negative experiences back to back and the only reason I keep coming back (not anymore) is because it is close to my house. The do not clean the cars well they vacuum yet leave trash on the floor and water is dripping yet they said it is ready. $19+ for a basic wash. They pretty much just ran it through the car wash and did a super fast 5 min wipe down. The vacuum job and interior cleaning was terrible! I keep my car pretty clean so it's an easy job. I could have done so much better with the free vacuum in those drive thru car washes. Don't waste your money here. I'd give it a -10 if I could! My car door was open during the vacuum process. One of the drivers pulled a truck around, hit my car door and messed up the alignment. I reported it with them, I have witnesses. However, they wanted me to use some unknown shop. When I refused, the manager became nasty with me. My car insurance paid for the repair, but Carson Car wash is MIA and won't cover my deductible. Don't go here! Came here after giving this place a second chance. My car wasn't too dirty to begin with and it looks the same as I left. The inside was not vacuumed well and the outside was not wiped properly. I honestly only come to this Car Wash out of convenience. They do an ok basic wash, which is what I usually get. They give a student discount so the basic wash usually comes out to about $12. The front cashiers are always super nice. I do not really like that every time I come and tell them I want a basic wash they try to up sell me. Every time. I say I want a basic wash today, and he asks if I want to do a hand wash detail for $55. I told him "no thank you not today". Then he asks if I want the basic wash or the premium wash. I told him the basic. He then tells me, that basic doesn't come with the special tire cleaner. I tell him once again, "ok, I still want the basic". In my head I'm thinking, I shouldn't have to tell you multiple times what I want. I get trying to give the customer their options, but the menu is right in front of me and I told him multiple times I would like the basic wash, so his probing seemed excessive. I always tell the person when I pull up that my car locks automatically because it has a kill switch. This means that even though the car is on it will still lock if all doors are closed. So I always ask that someone sits in my car as it goes through the wash so the keys don't get locked in. This is usually never an issue. But today the guy acted as if this was an issue. I explained that I come here often and it's usually fine. Instead he tried to tell me I can get a hand wash instead which costs $55. AGAIN, I just wanted the basic wash that I always get. I told him this once again, and then I said "well are you able to do the wash or not because someone is usually able to sit in the car when it goes through the wash. If not, I can go". This place was not close to our home but yet we would still come once a week. We purchased the monthly package and it was cheaper. The vacuum was not always great but that was expected, just like any other. They would clean my interior rubber mats when I requested and we always tipped well. Then on 1/2 we came as a family and got distracted by my kids and forgot to bring down a box. Never did I imagine they'd go through it and inside where my diamond earrings I was taking in for cleaning. I called immediately and was told I had to cancel membership and speak to a manager in person on Monday his only day in. I did just that he assured me he'd look into it and send me videos of employees cleaning my suburban and he cancelled my membership. It's now 1/30 I have left several messages with no call back, no one ever answers the phone and my credit card keeps being charged for membership. RUN!!! it's not worth stopping. read more

First time I came to this Carwash in many many years and it'll be the last! It has been a month I took my car for a wash and interior cleaning. Francisco damaged the interior of my vehicle and when I asked him how did damage happen he nervously said I don't know and scratched it even more with his nail. I filed an incident report and have not heard any update. Emilio the manager lied to me and his supervisor Jerry doesn't answer text or calls. Every time I call neither one is ever there. Cashier tells me there is no other contact info and she's just a cashier. I literally bought my car 2 months before I took it to get washed here (first wash after I purchased it) and it was in perfect conditions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH. IT IS THE WORST EVER. I went for a detail and car wash when I picked up my car. The manager comes running out. He began to tell me that he don't know if it was working before I dropped it off or not, but my radio is not coming on. My screen is not working. My AC is not coming on proceeded to check my car now the front window buttons don't roll down the windows, I pulled up. I had to roll both my front windows down to talk to the guys, the button to unlock the doors and lock them does not work. I turned it back on the AC was blasting heat but there was no lights. I couldn't control it. One thing about me I do not like heat never have used my heater always cool. I'm assuming they had my heater on trying to dry off my seats probably killed my battery. That's why the check engine light is on now. I asked for corporate number he said we can't give that out. I had to fill out an incident report myself and he said someone will email me.
