Absolutely unprofessional results, I have dealt with so many companies, ordering thousands upon thousands of dollars of tools and Tool Nut takes the absolute crown for the worst Customer Service experience. The customer service I experienced was rude and condescending. An N&S saleswoman ordered the wrong size fixture for my renovation and the showroom refused to take it back and exchange it for the correct size. After months of trying to reason with various staff, I had to take N&S to small claims court. N&S agreed to reimburse me for only half ($1200) and made me keep the unusable vanity. REALLY??? "Exceptional customer service" would have been to reimburse me in full and then sell the vanity to someone else, especially after I purchased over $7500 worth of fixtures from them. It's all about the money.... I would never recommend N&S to anyone.
