The staff are all very nice and very knowledgeable. While I use Ring's End for bigger projects, when I'm looking for something specific and cannot find it at Ring's End, I more often than not find that Ridgefield Hardware has what I need. If you don't see what you want quickly, just ask. The great team behind the cash registers at the front will ask when you come in if they can help. Don't be shy--tell them what you are looking for--unless you are just browsing or know exactly where the items you need are located. It will save you time and they'll alert someone to help you. They quickly exchanged it apologize the Manager happen to be walking by said good morning big guy with a beard.
