This resulted in a broken hose bib and a no show followup. Some time later, I ordered some stuff (partial bank and gift card payment) 1 of the items was out of stock and was canceled. The store told me to call the 800 number for the refund. They told me I'd get the entirety of the refund on my bank card. The store called and it had to be done in person. The story changed once I was there and the refund had to be partial bank card and partial gift card. Haven't received the bank card part and the gift card can ONLY be used physically in the store. I can't add it to my online account. Just be sure they have what you order because the refund process is stupid and blatantly self-serving.

When i politely confronted him about the lie, he doubled down and tried to gaslight me about the policy when i had it printed out from their corporate website, and instead of acknowledging this he refused to speak to me any longer. I have had this experience with every TS in arizona so far. They casually lie to you while stealing your money. It's heinous and clearly a corporate leadership issue. I will not be giving my business to people of this insidious nature.
