Where it really started to miss was the overall approach. A lot of "the chef intends this..." type explanations. It ends up feeling like the food insists upon itself instead of just letting you enjoy it. That's the bigger issue. This place exists in a space where I don't think most people want to meet it. As I returned to my vehicle an employee was near my vehicle and pointed this out to me in a rather rude way. I had my young daughter with me and her language was unacceptable. In 10 seconds I would have been driving away and nothing would have happened but she couldn't believe that I parked there. I'm not joking, she massively overreacted and now here I am posting a review that will reflect my experience. She could've chosen a different way, just like I'm choosing to spend my money at a competitor for now on.
