The prices are about the same on most items. Actually on the screws and fasteners I find Keith to be a little less on the higher quality stuff. I have gotten to the point that I buy all my hardware at Keith's before I go to get building material some place else. Again this is due to the better quality of the hardware at a more affordable price. As far as covenant. I can go online and see if they have something in the store before I stop on my way home just like the bigger stores.

I was torn between the different models. I knew I wanted a Traeger but which one? The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I spent about an hour in the store looking at the pellet grills, asking question after question. Never once did I feel like I was bothering them. It was an enjoyable experience and I now own a new Traeger Pellet Grill. If you need anything, go here. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is a great place. So I came across Theo at the STIHL department and I want to genuinely thank him for his patience, knowledge and giving me his honest opinion based on my need. Definitely great customer service which is important to me; Never owned a Stihl but was taking in consideration his advice when comparison. I ended up buying the STIHL FS 91R Trimmer and super happy as how he showed me everything on the unit and even explained the warranty part, also bought the can that offers 2 additional yrs for the warranty, totaling 4yrs. The past 3-4 times I've gone, there's this gentleman that I haven't gotten his name to give him credit for. (He looks like he has some speech impediment) but let me tell you. He always seems to find me when I'm around or if he sees anyone. He ALWAYS ask if I need help finding something. Id be going around looking for stuff I don't I need lol, (Milwaukee tools ) and I always hear him near by always asking people if they need help Super super nice guy, I just want to give compliments to that young guy. Next time I return, Ill get the one that says NO TRESSPASSING. I sure beats to buy it here than buying it online. You can get these instantlly when you take the time to drive here. Other than that, I really enjoyed walking through this place too. I can think of all kinds of craft ideas. I probably would return to get craft supplies. Would love to redo my bedroom with new paint. They have a section that has an impressive supply of paints. This is really a great place to go to if you need to make some home improvements at your home.

But…read moreI can say that I tried calling them for three days and never got a human to answer the phone. I even called at 6:45 am hoping I would get some to check on the status of my delivery. No luck...so I drove over to see what the status was the delivery. I was not a happy customer at this point, but I have to admit that the young lady named "ACE" went over and beyond to help me...basically talk me off the ledge...after that she took the time to call the person who I need to talk to. When I met "RYAN" he explained the situation to me and I asked if he could get my delivery made today and he said yes. So I was happy at this point. But I also want to let the other employees who also took the time out to assist me with some other stuff I was buying. "STEVEN B", "JOSSE and "JOSHUA" were very helpful in assisting me as well. They are great employees. Also thank you "GLORIA" the lumber cashier who was very friendly and kind. Needless to say, I received my delivery that day (5/13) (Riding Mower) "DONNIE D", the delivery man was very friendly and explained everything in detail regarding my mower. If it wasn't for these five (5) great employees I probably would have refund a refund and never walked in any Lowe's again. Thanks again, ACE, RYAN, JOSSE, JOSHUA, GLORIA and DANNY D!!!

And so forth, like I said, literally acting like little middle school children. That's the store is filled with items that are broken. That are missing that are taped up and so forth. This, you have a better shot of getting the right part complete, and working order in a goodwill. Don't ever shop at these stores. They do not have anyone educated enough to even tell you what some of these parts are. Let alone help you. But then to act like children, is the cherry on top. Never shop at these stores
