Their staff is well trained, friendly and professional - they bend over backwards to satisfy customers. We have also placed innumerable special orders, and they have satisfied 100% of the time. And in support of local woodworkers, they even give a discount to our woodworking club, the Northwest Corner Woodworkers Association. Their inventory for fasteners of all kinds exceeds what the big box hardware stores offer. I had an estimated delivery time of two days for the full order minus one extension cord that would be delayed. After paying an ungodly amount for shipping I waited. After two days part of my order showed up. I texted the help line to find out where the rest was. As with all farmed out support lines they were no help at all. I waited until the next day to call the store directly only to them find out that they said *I* was supposed to call them to have lumber delivered and on top of that there's no estimated time for the delivery I have to make myself available the whole day. NO WHERE and at no time was I told to call the store directly during my online purchase. I'm still waiting on my lumber, hopefully, it'll be here tomorrow. I will *never* order from here again.
