The next thing I know they have dragged out this big cardboard box and both of them are digging through it item by item. And from somewhere in that box they find 3 phone-to-wired headphone adapters. Two other places looked at it, one charged over $90 and then said they couldn't fix it. Another place looked at it and said they would have to send it to a Dyson repair center and it would cost around $100 even if they could not fix it. Today I took it in to Valley Vacuum. Not only did he fix it on the spot, but he only charged $23 and then loaded it in the car for me. You can't ask for better.
