I double check the website and, sure enough, it's an online deal. No problem, my mistake. So I place the order online while i'm still in the store and request pickup. The order is confirmed and I see the charge through my PayPal. The product page said pickup in 15 minutes so I politely mill around the store for 15 minutes rather than be a demanding PITA. I receive no pickup email and the order status never changes so I approach the pickup counter where two women are joking about the size of Dolly Parton's boobs. Classy. I'm told they haven't seen my order and another employee is called in. He looks up my order number and says my payment was probably declined. I tell him that's not the case because I have the payment clearance. Then he says there must be something wrong with the order and they can't fulfill it. He says I'll have to call "corporate" so they can fix it. Then he stares at me. Doesn't offer me the number. Nothing. I can see the product hanging on the rack and they have my money, but here we are.
