Every time i've spoken with them, they have been the kindest. They took their time called and gave me update and seem like they genuinely care. Are little dogs were quite the mess after a very busy winter. Life happened and their coats could have been better managed, but it was not in the cards for us.With everything we had going on as a family. Typically, in previous experience elsewhere. I have felt very judged and as if I was a poor dog parent. That was not the case here. And it was a very much appreciated because I do a well enough job recognizing my own shortcomings and feeling guilty. Again, they make the best team we couldn't be happier.
