When I was checking out, a young man named Gabriel was taking care of me. He told me how he could save me $5 just for becoming a member and then could earn points over time. I was buying less than $10 worth of screws, so I was glad to share my number to save the $5. He had the most positive, upbeat attitude. Often times, younger generations act disconnected and unhappy.
