When I was checking out, a young man named Gabriel was taking care of me. He told me how he could save me $5 just for becoming a member and then could earn points over time. I was buying less than $10 worth of screws, so I was glad to share my number to save the $5. He had the most positive, upbeat attitude. Often times, younger generations act disconnected and unhappy. When in the gardening section the gentleman there was giving great advice, but mentioned he wished that someone else was there. He stepped away to call the person whose day off it was, who agreed with his advice, and then came back and followed up with us to ensure that we were doing the best thing for our new landscaping. I don't know when I've had better customer service, these people know their stuff and actually care about your home. Do not hesitate to give them your business!

UPDATE: I took the defective mower to the Ego recommended…read morerepair shop. Shortly after dropping it off the tech called and asked me what part had been replaced. My response was none. He said that he called Ego in an attempt to resolve the issue and was told that, based on the serial number, the mower had a known history of stopping, and that parts had been shipped to fix the problem. Based on this information, am I correct in concluding that I was sold a used mower at a new lawn mower price, without being told? I made a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office last month. There has been NO RESPONSE to it.
