    I can't say enough great things about Braen! We added stone to the exterior of our house and orginally we were going to use veneer from Lowes, but we decided to look at Braen and we're happy we did! Julia was SO helpful in helping with the entire process. We got real stone and it was cheaper than the crap we would have gotten from Lowes! We are so happy with the end result and we will definitely go back if we decide to do another project!

When I got home I noticed my order was wrong. I called to let them know that my order was wrong. I gave them the information on the piece that I didn't receive and requested that they have it ready for me. I told them that I had an extra part and asked if I can see the guy who brought me the incorrect piece to make the exchange. When I got there, the person who brought my order out wasn't there, so I thought I would go inside for help. I made the mistake of being patient and standing in line waiting for assistance. Then somebody else, walked in directly to the table and got to go in front of me. That person was helped immediately while 2 employees continued to keep their heads down without offering assistance. Finally I spoke up and asked for some assistance and I explained that I had the wrong piece, I gave them my order number and identified the piece that I was missing. While I was waiting the other 2 people looked up and asked if I was being helped. I was expecting for somebody to bring me the piece that I was missing. Eventually somebody else asked me what it was I was waiting for and they told me that I had to go find the piece that I ordered. At that point I asked them to cancel because I did not wish to look around the store for the correct piece without assistance. I can acknowledge that I should have checked my order before loading up my vehicle and then driving uncomfortably home. I made the mistake to assume the person getting my order together may verify and the person whom brought my items out, would check as well. But I didn't order curbside pickup so that I can go inside to be ignored, and then told that I had to find the item myself in the store. I don't expect their competitors to be any better at verifying items or providing any type of customer service experience. So suggest that if you use curbside pickup you verify the items before you drive off. I also suggest being aggressive if you need assistance, otherwise the staff here will ignore you.

I told the guy behind the counter I'm interested in the Yale Real Living lock with the Wi-Fi remote option. He quickly said we don't have that, and mumbled something else. When I asked him if he knew what lock I was was talking about he said yeah, we just don't carry that one. I asked him if he could get it and: Do you know how much it is installed? How long might it take to get? All questions went unanswered and he said let me take your number and I'll call you back. Two weeks later, I decided to stop back. Each time I went, the doors were locked and the hands on the plastic clock were pointed to an hour from then. Eventually I made it back there and caught him actually at work. I was The same guy told me I must've given my number to someone else, and that he didn't take it. He was wrong. It was HIM. And it was him that never called me back. At this point I feel like I feel like this guy just doesn't want my money. Then he answers the phone in the middle of our conversation and continues to stay on the phone despite the fact that I already waited about 10 minutes for the previous customer to finish and leave. Then he hangs up and asks for my number again and says let me find out what I can do. I left my number chuckling as I read the numbers aloud. That was about a month ago. He should be calling me back any day now, right? Haha DO NOT USE MONACO LOCKS.
