I've been receiving so many compliments with my new cut and color. His salon is intimate, cozy, and all around gave me the sense of well being, healthier and much more sustainable (we share the same values) than other salons. If you practice mindfulness, you'll absolutely love this place. Dusty gives you the attention you won't get at a corporate salon. There's street parking in the neighborhood street and a cute patio outside before you enter the salon. He takes the time to get to know your wants and needs and he can translate that beautifully when he loves your hair up. When I reached out on Yelp, he responded quickly and made sure to make the booking experience a good one and answered all of my concerns with dying my hair. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and I will continue to go to KOH salon for as long as it exists and refer people here. Looking forward to collaborating with him in future photo shoots. Her stylist was LATE TWICE and rescheduled once due to her lateness. The makeup was horrid. I sent the photos to my family and my bridal party who ALL said it looked NOTHING like me. When I expressed my concerns to the makeup artist and asked for a re-preview, she said I would need to PAY for another preview. I said I didn't feel I should need to pay for something I was unsatisfied with. I then contacted the owner to express my experience with her company, who called me and said things like "you have hardly any eyebrows to begin with, so what she did looked good" "I thought you had great coverage" "the eyelashes look fine" not once ever mentioning what an awful experience I had with the girl and not to mention the fact that she THEN said it was all my fault cause I moved. Oh sorry that it took you over two months to send me a contract from when I paid my deposit for your services, in which time I moved. I paid 200.00 for the worst experience of my life. When I told her I wanted a refund her response was "for services we provided?" I said, the preview is 150, I paid your company 312.00 her response "well 150 for the preview, 50 for the travel and I guess 100 was a deposit" I asked her to send me something in writing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON EVER. After I left this same review on several of her social media posts, she blocked me...only before she responded immaturely and told me I would NOT be receiving a refund. Don't be salty girl. It won't be your last horrible review.

I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to makeup, so I was really nervous leaving it to someone I had never worked with. Coming from NYC, however, I had to find someone. The makeup artists my wedding planner worked with were already booked, so I went online, read reviews, and thankfully found Cassandra. She was accommodating, extremely professional, and really knows her stuff. She also has a very calm, competent demeanor which I especially appreciated on my wedding day.
