I bought this 2023 Triumph Scrambler 1200xe. My first bike and I can't stay of it.

I'm a first-time motorcycle buyer and I had a great experience with Chicago MotorWorks. The purchase was quick, straightforward, and stress-free. I bought a 2023 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE Chrome Edition, and they made the whole process feel easy from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Bob--he was incredible with communication, answered all my questions, and kept me updated the entire time, especially with shipping and delivery timing. Everything happened exactly how they said it would, and I felt taken care of the whole way through. If you're looking for a smooth buying experience and people who actually follow through, I definitely recommend Chicago MotorWorks. Thanks Guys the bike landed safe and sound on time all the way to Cali

Came in to see a motorcycle , Nina was awesome , fun person to talk too , No pressure , beautiful bike at a fair price . Help me load it up . Sweet looking building inside . Overall experience was great from greeting to end.

Every time I enter this store, you can't get a minute to yourself to just browse. It starts with having to have the door unlocked to enter. There's a greeter there who asks you all sorts of questions and wants to take you on a very long tour of the entire store. Sometimes I just wanna go to the area, for example, accessories, that I know where it is. I don't need to be escorted through the entire building. I don't need to be approached every two seconds asking me if there's something specific I would like and working the Sales routine on me. Sometimes it's best to just greet your customers thank them for coming in and if they tell you that they just are browsing, then let them just browse. I've been here a bunch of times and it's always the same approach. The prices are all list / msrp for bikes and gear - no bargains here. So bottom line, lots of cool bikes to see, but it's always uncomfortable to do so.

Just got delivery of my BMWG310R, very first but not the last from Motoworks. Robert and Margaret are so nice to help out with the process from picking a suitable bike and paperwork. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants a new or used bike.

How Bob had it all customized for me when we met up for the 30min 1:1 tutorial he provided. Great hospitality.

To my massive massive regret of no other options- Took the new the R9t bmw there. AGIAN! They delivered it back to us Fd up again for the 5th time. Didn't do 1/2 the list of why it was sent it for repair. Took 6 weeks. Oil change isn't done after they screwed it up royally during the 600' service, the bent rim is still on the bike as well as the nail in the front tire. Great job Motoworks. Keep driving that dealership into the ground and smearing all the the European bike names in the mud ALL THROUGH YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT Run from this dealership. If you have any respect to your own money. RUN.

This dealership has the nicest cycle showroom I've ever been in and staff has been pleasant to deal with, so far. I came here because their prices on Vespas were lower than another dealership even more inconveniently located. But I didn't end up saving any money. Staff promotes Vespa parts you don't need or which don't do the job. I purchased an OEM windshield, sight unseen but described by a salesperson as "large." When I picked up the Vespa, the wind screen only came 6 inches above the bodywork, directing air straight into my neck. When I asked if I could return it, they said sure but they'd have to charge me to uninstall the shield, likely it would take an hour and cost $100. I declined. I uninstalled it in less than 10 minutes. I don't mind paying a reasonable charge for labor but their install charge was ridiculous. I bought an aftermarket TALL shield from a scooter dealer on Damen at substantial savings and installed it myself. We'll see how everything shakes out when I have Motoworks pick up the Vespa for 600 mile maintenance.

I had been struggling to find a shop with good people that won't sell a bike out from under you. But luckily there is one in Chicago. I worked with Bob to get my bmw s1000rr purchased and my Honda cbr600rr traded in. The process was smooth and Bob even helped coordinate while he was on vacation. I'd highly recommend.

Very expensive service and rude attitude with below average service technician. Just for Oil Change get ready to pay north of 1k.

Mike the owner of the business and Elvis his assistance even went above and beyond to put a extra clutch peg after leaving their shop. I work at a school in Humboldt park and looked to yelp to help me find a reasonable place . Yelp lead me here. The guys pulled me right into the shop straight off of north avenue. I liked not having to enter through an alley like most places. The guys were super nice and had the tire off in minutes. The leak was small and took time to find and repair, about 25 minutes. I couldn't believe when he only charged me $20, I handed him $30 and he gave me back ten and said "just 20". I appreciate the honesty and good work . Tire has been fine since !

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Yumuri was one of the worst I've had…read more My car was immobile after two rims and tires were destroyed. Another tire shop quoted me $120 per tire, but they'd have to order my size for Monday. Since I needed my car the same day, I came to Yumuri and paid $150 per tire because I was told they had the correct size new tires in stock. After they mounted the tires onto my new rims, I drove back to the body shop where the mechanic immediately discovered they had installed the wrong size tires. When I returned, they admitted the mistake but said the correct tires wouldn't arrive until Monday anyway. At that point, I asked to be refunded the price difference because I specifically paid more for same-day convenience. They refused and repeatedly threatened to refund everything, remove their tires, and put my old tires back on--even though my original tires were completely destroyed and unusable. The employee was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction, and the person I believe was the owner offered no solution other than "take the refund or wait until Monday." I eventually accepted a full refund and had them install temporary used tires so I could leave. Here's what really bothered me: I returned to the original tire shop, and their mechanic immediately noticed that the used temporary tires Yumuri installed were actually the correct size and in good condition. That made me question why I was originally told they didn't have used tires in my size and sold more expensive new ones instead. Between the misinformation, installing the wrong tires, poor customer service, and wasting hours of my day, I can't recommend this business. The first tire shop was cleaner, less expensive, upfront, and far more professional. The initial tire shop is Express Automotive at 4369 w 26th ST. Chicago, IL 60632 and their ozone number is (773)521-7336 for anyone looking for an honest tire shop instead.
