Pork Chop "sammich" comes with bones. They say it's normal after my 4 year old and I nearly simultaneously busted our teeth on them.

If you're going to sell a sandwich, in this case a pork chop sandwich, you really should re-think including the huge pork chop bones. And when I brought it to your attention, rather than apologizing, you were shocked and said "you bit into it?!" Yes, not only did I bite into it, my 4 year old son bit into it and we nearly busted our teeth. Your comment about it being "like back home cooking" to justify why every single pork chop "sammich" as your menu so calls it, is not acceptable to me. Why you think it's normal to sell a sandwich with about 40% bone and 60% pork chop is beyond me. At *least* warn us who aren't from "back home". It was also horribly overly spicy. So I wasted $20 on a bunch of bones and some pork and so much spice I could barely taste it. Not cool.

Daughter and I tried a new cajun food truck last night called Harbor's Cajun Station. For $8 we got a fried chicken leg po-boy. The idea is good, the chicken was hot and crispy and flavorful but the execution was....interesting. It was three full sized legs on a big old piece of buttered french bread. I think the value to food ratio is great! Since, I am a sucker for cajun foods I will definitely be back to try her other offerings.

This truck came to our apartments last night. My friend ordered the fries that have shrimp and sauce on it. They looked delicious but as we started eating them we realized it was all drowning in sauce. The shrimp also still had their tails. It was just a mess to eat and we ended up throwing it away. I LOVE sauce usually but this was just an absurd amount. We shouldn't have fries floating in it. As you can see in the picture, you can't even see many fries. Just sauce.

This truck showed up at our apartment. We were happy to see them. Got a "Pack a Punch" shrimp basket & shrimp basket. Both were $10. Great fries, dusted with Cajun seasoning. Great seafood batter that was light and tasty. The pack a punch was fried shrimp dressed with BBQ sauce, cheese, and scallions, all of which stuck to the bed of fries below. Suoer tasty. Friendly staff too!

MEANWHILE; FEMALE BUSINESS OWNER!!!…read more Stopped here for some Halal Chow while out shopping and hanging with my grandson at the Premium Outlet today! Meanwhile as my grand baby was going in on his burger and fries from the burger stand, I walked over to the Shawarma Halal Food Truck! The owner's name is Sura; very nice, friendly, and welcoming young lady. She was working alone and was very efficient in preparing orders. The food is cooked hot and fresh as you order so please expect to wait a while for your food. It's really worth it because the food was delicious and flavorful. I ordered the ten piece buffalo wings and a Shrimp Skewer plate which is accompanied with flavorful Basmati rice. Everything was absolutely delicious! Did I eat all of it? Of course not! My stomach can't hold that much food at one time, lol. However, I have enough leftover for dinner. So, I'm good! This food truck is located in the Premium Outlet in Cypress near the front gate entrance where the Nike outlet store is. You can't miss it due to the fact that it's the first food vendor you will see as you enter the gates. My overall experience with this vendor was delightful. The customer service was top notch and the food was A1 delicious and scrumptious! There's outside umbrella patio tables for dining and there's also an inside dining area in the food court. If ever you're in the area shopping, stop by and patronize with Sura and show some support for small business female owners. She's such a sweet heart. Highly recommended!

He happily let us try the dirty rice and even gave us a generous amount to-go without charge. I got the 3 meat plate, which came with a huge amount of brisket, ribs, and sausage. The meats were all amazing and smokey. I especially loved the snap of the sausage. The pinto beans and jalapeño coleslaw were also amazing. The bbq sauce and honey mustard that came with the meal were so delicious. The owner also let us pick out free drinks to-go. He even mentioned specials they have, such as wings and smash burgers on certain days. Service was certainly 10/10. I would definitely return again and would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Houston!

There are about 10 food trucks on the lot with big screen tvs, a lovely sitting area and a toddler / small child play area. It's well lit, super lively and the weather was perfect for an outside dinner. We decided to order from Victorianozz and Lil Weeziana Soul Food Truck. Victorianozz: BEST MOZZARELLA STICKS IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. 10/10. I'm not joking. My husband said the same thing. I'm craving them right now. Made fresh, and hot with a jalapeño sauce and marinara sauce. OMG. MUST Try. The Rigatoni was really good, would've loved for it to be a little more spicy but it was bomb. My husband also ordered the Lasagna. It came with two pieces of garlic bread. All of it was around $40. Hubby said Lasagna was 7.5/10. ** OVERALL 9/10.** Lil Weeziana: the first thing we noticed was that our food took a long time, over 25 min but hubby said the wings were pretty good! He got the house flavor and lemon pepper (10) wings. $14. Flavor 8/10. Not super krispy but okay because they were in the bag. The Yaka mein noodles got a no from me. It just wasn't seasoned enough, flavor was okay but no spice. 3/10. Overall 6/10. Will definitely be back to try other trucks at the park and keeping Victors is in my back pocket!

I've been to many establishment similar to this but I have to get them credit to the atmosphere they created. The place wasn't too big and everyone welcomed conversations in here. Rob mentions that a food truck was outside so I took a quick look at the truck. Dude, it was a Lao food truck! I absolutely love Laotian food, and full of bold flavors. Many of you are wondering, "Laos"? What the hell is that? Let me first educate you on the location of this wonderful and beautiful country called Laos. Open up Google maps and head over to Thailand and Vietnam, there you'll see Laos snuggled between them. If you are truly a food lover and not afraid of trying new things, then find this food truck and go get you some. Da, the head chef and owner, created a masterpiece with her papaya salad. I've eaten hundreds, if not thousands of such salads but this papaya salad was legit. The home made papaya sauce, with the heat and crunch of the papaya was so freakin good!!!!! It's so damn spicy and good, you'll want to slap your mama! I ordered the brisket, short ribs and papaya salad. Everything was out of this world. I could not believe the food was this good and I found it in Cypress. I didn't expect that quality of food out of a food truck and I have to say that it was better than the restaurants I've been to. They apparently move from location to location around the city, especially breweries. I can't wait to see them again as they make their rounds. They will be at Bearded Fox on Spring Cypress on the 27 of July, then back to Craft Beer Cellar on August 3rd. Come and try it for yourself, then let me know your thoughts. Happy eating!
