I then filled the cups, secured them in the cup holders, and placed them in the bag. Subsequently, I awaited the bagging of my food items. As the attendant continued to serve other customers, I eventually had to interject and inquire about a bag for my food, noting a bag lane nearby. She confirmed its availability and resumed assisting other patrons. I then commented, "Okay, so I'm suppose to bag my own food." I must convey my significant disappointment, as this level of customer service is uncharacteristic of my previous experiences at this establishment.
