Potatoes, rice and beans are a large part of Peruvian cuisine all of which I tasted here all of which were very, very good. We got basically a sampler tray which included ceviche beef, chicken, and a potato bean combination, which was just wonderful. The waiter was kind enough to point it out to us and I'm glad he did because it was a great overview of what Peruvian food is.
