I have been trying to find the correct words for how much I appreciate Dr. DeLeon and everyone else at Harbour Pointe Orthodontics, and I think I've found most of the appropriate ones. From the very first phone call I knew I was making the right choice for my orthodontist. I had called around to several other places, so I knew right away that HPO would be a good fit for me. I was a stay at home mom at the time I started care, and well out of the age range for insurance to cover my braces. I did not have the $6800 to pay up front, but thankfully Dr. DeLeon blessed me once again and I was able to make monthly payments for all of the associated costs to my braces! Visit after visit the warmness and comfortable atmosphere of the office never changed, and it really feels like you are a member of a very loving family. If I ever had any concerns they were addressed properly, and my orthodontic care went smoothly. I had a lot of work to be done on straightening my teeth, and the process took longer than originally anticipated, but in the end my teeth are amazing. I stopped getting charged October of last year because I had already payed my full balance off by then, and even though the process took longer I wasn't charged more than I originally owed. The office can get a little busy since Dr. DeLeon is the only Dr. on the floor, but all of the assistants are so sweet, knowledgeable, and great at their jobs. All in all I have no complaints and I am a little sad I won't be able to see everyone as much moving forward, but Dr. did remind me that we are family now and just because the orthodontic care stopped, that doesn't mean that they stop caring! Oh and I forgot to add that I traveled all the way from Oak Harbor and it was well worth the trips :) read more

As a teacher and performer, my teeth are the first thing that potential clients see! I spent years hiding my smile due to overcrowding, crookedness, and general dislike. During the pandemic I reached out to Dr. De Leon for support. My needs were immediately recognized and understood by the staff and we decided that Invisalign would be the best treatment. I was a bit unsure about Invisalign due to the fact that I split my time between the PNW and Europe. Dr. De Leon ensured me that her and her team would do everything they could to maintain contact while abroad and even ship aligners if needed. In fact, Dr. De Leon didn't just ensure me this she delivered as well! Two years of remote Invisalign treatment couldn't have occurred without such an incredible team. After only needing two in-person consultations I am happy with the results I have achieved. I couldn't have done any of this without Dr. De Leon or the team at Harbour Pointe Orthodontics. I am 46 and made the decision to get braces for the 2nd time in my life to straighten out my bottom teeth which had moved quite a bit from my teen days. Dr Jackie and her team have been nothing short of amazing in taking me on this quick and painless journey to having a nice straight smile again. I am super happy with what has been done so far and I'm grateful for her professionalism, compassion and work ethic. She gives me a hug when I arrive and I see her interact with her team in a kind compassionate way. they are a family unit there and make others feel like part of the family as well. I came to Dr. Jacqueline de Leon-Estes in the spring of 2017 to talk about getting braces again. I had had them as a teenager, but alas, never wore my retainers and they shifted again. She was wonderful working with me as a 62 year old woman and making me feel comfortable about getting braces as an older adult. The whole process was great and after two years, I graduated with a glorious, straight smile! Dr. Jacqueline and her staff have always been kind and wonderful for all of my visits. I got my retainers from her and have been religious about wearing them. When one accidentally broke, she graciously replaced it. Dr. Leon Estes and her team are amazing! My son just got his braces off after almost 2 1/2 years of having them put on at her office. We are so happy with the care he received. She started off with free consultations, about a year before he actually needed them. Once all his adult teeth were in, he went back and had the braces put on. 2 1/2 years later--braces off! His teeth look great, thanks to her and her team. They are professional, caring, kind and understanding. It is evident that Dr. Leon Estes loves her job and her patients. They have all the latest equipment, including making Invisalign aligners in house, but MORE importantly everyone in the office is kind,compassionate, and friendly. I am an older adult that had braces when I was very young. As I got older, some of the teeth started to shift and after "suffering" through those young years with metal braces, night guards and retainers, I hated the thought that I was going to have to endure this again. I was so surprised and thrilled how easy the process was and how comfortable Dr. de-Leon-Estes and her staff made me feel right away. She immediately acknowledged my concerns and clearly explained the different options available to me, as well as expectations for the length of treatment. Great care! I came to get braces as an adult, and just got them off this month after ~2 years of treatment. I chose to go here because my sister had braces as a teen, and she had great results from Harbour Pointe Orthodontics. Throughout treatment, Dr. and team did a great job explaining what was happening-- they would explain why they used certain bands or wires, and they answered any questions I had. We started with an expander and then moved onto upper and lower braces and got them off 6 months early with excellent results.
