After my original post review Dustin Cire the Sales Director called me and was very sincere and wanted to fix my issues. He didn't try BS me, If you have read my previous review you would know I was beyond upset. Not only did he fix it, he offered to delivery my chairs free of charge. He honored the quote I was originally give and said my chairs would be ready the following week. It is nice when a company actually calls and listen to a customer. I took my great great great great grandmother dinning room chairs to them to restore, along with 6 of my own dining rooms chairs. My mom cried when she saw my my great great + grandmother chairs. She had never seen them look like that , only in pictures. The manage to restore them and keep their age. When get something old that means that much to you in a condition you though you would never see is priceless. I had to look around to find a company that was willing to even touch chairs that old. Because did such a beautiful job on 100 year old chairs is the only reason I gave them a 2nd chance. I am glad I did. I will be taking the table to them to restore next. Now I am happy customer. I JUST WANT TO BE VERY CLEAR!!!! I am giving Dustin and the guys who did the restoration on my previous order this review of 5 stars, not the person who I spoke to on phone ON 5/9 who didn't even try to fix the issue.

I contacted them and was able to get an appointment approximately A MONTH AND A HALF LATER. So fast forward a month and a half to today. The person came out, walked in and looked at our recliner, said he is just inspecting and doesn't have any parts. Now he has to order the part to MY HOUSE that will take 2-4 WEEKS!!. and then it is MY responsibility to call them again to schedule an appointment for them to fix it. I assume that would be an additional month and a half for someone to make that appointment. During the initial claim i was forced to upload photos of the damage, which was done. Why do you not have the parts that I need when it was 6+ months ago that this was scheduled with photos provided!? Absolutely horrific experience. Please pray for me my recliner will be fixed before 2027.

The work done by PWR was amazing, the pieces were restored beautifully to original condition with a professional finish, done at a very reasonable price. I explained to Mr. Woodall we had not purchased the pre-owned table and were basing our decision for purchase on the total costs we would incur, i.e. purchase price and refinishing price. He was the second vendor I contacted and his quote was very reasonable . I also viewed his website which indicated his company was a long standing business with a good reputation/client testimonials. What I really want to share, aside from his prompt and reasonable quote, is the honesty I received from him. He told me there was the possibly of issues down the road with the finish over the brass inlay. He said the finish may be long lasting BUT it may not be as well due to expansion and retraction of the brass. He recommended we keep looking for a table in a very professional manner. Mr. Woodall's quote was $300.00 less than the first re-finisher I contacted. The first re-finisher actually called me a week later and stated he could lower the price. I will contact him in the future for any refinishing needs based on this experience.
